I go in there all the time to eat and have always tipped over 20% and I am a very easy going and friendly person . Sometime last week I went to eat with my boyfriend and friend after work as well as have a couple drinks and I sat there waiting for several minutes In a dead restaurant before the server finally came up and asked for our drinks. From the jump she had a very rude tone that had bothered everyone at the table and was rushing us in an unprofessional manner even as far as walking by and saying “so should I just keep walking or are you going to order something” which caused me to just randomly pick something because if I didn’t I felt she’d disappear for a while again. After that we barely saw her and even had to go up to the bar to order drinks after waiting so long on our server. Due to this awful service we experienced we didn’t leave a tip and left a note suggesting to do better instead of being rude to her back or asking to speak with a manager. I do acknowledge that was unprofessional on my end as well and could’ve done without the note but I’m not tipping for service that could be worth multiple write up’s and considered unacceptable in my restaurant. Now onto this morning, I was walking through the plaza to work and the razzoos gm comes outside and says he wants to speak with me, he then proceeds to ask me why I didn’t tip the server so I begin to try to tell him about my experience and he cuts me off asking if I really think it’s acceptable to not tip as a sever as well. I said I do if the service was that bad so he then cuts me off again telling me that I am banned from that location and never allowed back in. Later tonight while my friend who was with me and actually paid for the bill was waiting on me to get off work he even noticed them taking pictures of him even though they never spoke to him. As a server who has been on the other end of this knowing that I also gave bad service this situation was extremely unprofessional in my opinion even though I don’t plan on going back especially now, banning someone for not tipping and saying to do better is crazy to me.

Had a great lunch! The hostesses opened the doors for us as we walked in and we were seated within a couple minutes, despite having a large party. All of our orders came out correct and they were all really delicious! Our waitress Alyssa was amazing and took really great care of us. The manager, Adam, also stopped by to make sure everything was going well. It was a wonderful dining experience, will definitely be back!

We always enjoy it. I can't remember her name, she works the bar, she's a marine. She came to our side of the bar and greeted us, and remembered my honey's son. Always a nice conversation with her. She's a keeper

Food quality is terrible, I would say it's very similar to a frozen bag dinner with a little bit of cajun seasoning sprinkled on top. It is obviously not freshly prepared, the deep fried items were rubbery like they'd been reheated in an oven and every dish we received was lukewarm. If I were to compare this to any other chain I would say it's a grossly overpriced Applebee's with even poorer quality food. For 3 very basic entrées (2 pasta with chicken, 1 chicken salad) 1 appetizer and 3 softdrinks it was $96 with gratuity, this is steak dinner prices at nearly any chain steak house. There are far better values for the money in the Burleson area and I would highly recommend not wasting your money at this establishment. Also, I'm a very well versed out to eat diner spending a sizeable amount every month on eating out. I understand food prices and overhead are high and have no problem spending the money on a quality meal, but I found in this instance nothing about this establishment justified those prices.

The food was great and Lauren was amazing! She took care of us and even fixed our daughter’s meal to make it not so spicy. We will come back and ask for Lauren!
