Food was on par with hospital cafeteria food. Might even have the same distributors! Everything here just seems so generic. Service was meh, could tell from open that they're understaffed. Food isn't worth the plate cost. There's no reason is should cost a family of 4 more than $100 to eat a meal that barely meets any standards held before 2021.

My husband ordered steak and lobster. He said it was the best he ever had. I had the fish and chips. Wonderful!! Our waiter was JD. He was amazing. Very attentive and a great attitude. Constantly smiling. Loved the whole experience. Raves to the cook too!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Have never had an experience this bad at any red lobster before. I would have left were it up to me but husband and kids really wanted to eat. Waitress was very slow and inattentive. Food took nearly an hour after ordering and restaurant was not busy. I ordered shrimp skewers which is served over rice. There was literally one forkful of rice on the plate. Waitress never came to check on us after we got our food. It was terrible!

Lost our ticket, didn't let us know for over 15-20 minutes, we thought order had been placed. Asked for sugar for the coffee, didn't get that. And asked for a highchair for our daughter, didn't get that either. Horrible service.

ive always liked this place, very clean, delicious food, lovely service, great atmosphere, nice service - especially our waitress Jessica (definitely deserves a raise, she's awesome) im sorry i didn't get any other names but the hostess and another woman were wonderful this occasion - thank you very much , will be back

This past Saturday, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster in Burleson, TX. We were immediately greeted at the entrance by Mlynn N, who just happened to be our server. She did an outstanding job managing all her tables while making us feel like we were her only patron. All our food and drinks were brought to us in a reasonable time and prepared perfectly. We were offered more of those fresh cheddar biscuits and always had our drinks refilled. Everything we ordered from the Lobsterfest menu was served hot and delicious. We will certainly be visiting this location often.

Went to this location earlier today there were so many problems from the beginning. First the restaurant was empty with possibly 3 other customers in the whole building yet it took 10 minutes to get sat . There was no host present one of the waiters saw me and others waiting & took it upon himself to seat us even though he was clearly busy which was greatly appreciated . My waitress was great but the food not so much. I had snow crab & potatoes my potatoes were burnt and the snow crab was ice cold in a few places. I had a spike lemonade which had absolutely no alcohol in it. Upon leaving the restaurant I begin to feel nauseous and threw up & later developed food poisoning. I’m not sure if it was The crab being undercooked or being old but I couldn’t work for the rest of the day due to being sick , stuck in the bathroom . I will never go back to this location, it was Pretty empty & I see why . The servers were great but everything else was terrible . This was my first time eating red lobster & years , after this experience I probably will never eat red lobster again

Terrible service. Got to restaurant at 5:55 and we’re seated immediately. Server finally showed up at table to take drink order at 6:10. Got part of the food at 6:30, remainder at 6:41. Got the basket of biscuits at 6:30 with the food. I ordered the endless shrimp and was not offered any additional. Had to bring it to servers attention. Manager came by and apologized for my wife’s order not coming out with mine. She ordered fried clam strips. Manager said it was not on menu and server did not know how to enter it. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible. Food was at least hot, when it finally arrived.

This used to be my favorite place! Well today I went into red lobster on 35s and Alsbury for a shrimp pasta. It was just me so I sat at the bar. Well after I ordered the waitress who took my order coughed in his hand and spit out whatever he coughed up into the nearby trash can at the bar. So as I am watching him to see if he was going to at least wash his hands before finishing his task he proceeded to go back to work. So I addressed it. I asked him "before you grab or touch my food can you please go wash your hands"? He stated, "oh, I always wash my hands...!" So I said, "well that time you didnt" he looked shocked ao i told him "you just coughed in your hands and then went to the trash in the corner spit out whatever came up then went back to work like this is ok......" he then said "oh yeah your right let me go do that" he went around the corner you can hear water turn on so i guess he washed his hands. So that was that. My food comes out he brings it to me I leave because it was a to go order I get ALL the way home start eating my SHRIMP PASTA....... and notice the first shrimp had a tail on the end? then I get another shrimp and notice that one has a tail on it also, so then I looked at all the shrimp in my bowl/plate and they were all tail-on shrimp so I called red lobster and asked them about it and they said yes all the shrimp have tails now for about 2 months. Had I known that I would have ordered anything I would have left. So anyway I had to go ALL the way back to return the food and get a refund......Needless to say if you havent been to red lobster in a while beaware of what you are ordering because to my understanding all thier shrimp now comes with tail-on......
