Ordered the chicken katsu and waited in front of the pick up area and saw who I assume to be the owner walk from the kitchen to the fryers holding a chicken breast with his bare hands then go back to the kitchen and not even use soap! None of the employees wear gloves (even to grab the mandu!), and to my disgust, I’ve noticed that they use the same tongs for all of the meats which is appalling since I keep kosher.

This place has been in burleson for awhile and never disappoints from the Kimchi burritos to the Rice bowls and Boba. Service is always stellar! I’ve notice they are always respectful, attentive and caring. Bathrooms are always clean and the boba never disappoints.Only complaint is that items are a little expensive but that’s inflation I guess

What a weird experience. I walked into this place after reading the positive reviews on Sunday at around 4 pm. The place was empty. I suppose they are not busy during those hours. The lady at the counter greeted me but looked busy doing something with the register screen. She asked me to wait and that I would be helped shortly. Mind you, the place is empty with ZERO customers. I can see the kitchen staff just standing back there doing nothing. I stood in front of the counter very awkwardly for about a minute or two looking at their menu and one of the employees approached the lady and I think I heard her say "I'm working on your timesheet". Following that, I just walked out.It's probably the most awkward moment I've experienced at a restaurant.

Whoever was working on March 14th, 2024 cooking the chicken fried rice didn’t disappoint! I believe it was a young guy. Everything was cooked and flavored to perfection. Definitely made my day better after eating a good meal.When this place first open I use to get the build your own rice bowl and it was delicious as well. They no longer cook the mushrooms (just throw them in raw) or onions, so I’ve steered away from that dish.Overall I will continue to come here.

Amazing food! Wide variety and everything was fresh. The chicken Katsu was delicious. The boba options are great as well. Spicy pork was a hit.

What really stood out to me at this place was the fantastic service. We walked in the place for the first time and were assisted throughout the entire process. The employees were genuinely kind and made the experience better. The food was pricey but you get what you paid for due to its large portion and good taste.
