I visited Rio Mambo for the first time yesterday and had a good experience. A group of 5 of us went for happy hour and had a few margaritas and some of the happy hour food specials. Great price and fun atmosphere. The only thing is they had a single server working the bar area, tables and bar tending, it was hard for him to give top notch service (not his fault, he needed backup).

We made reservations for Valentine's Day and were greeted and seated immediately and with genuine courtesy. Kate, our waitress was very attentive and personable throughout the meal. The food was swift and delicious. The manager, Isaiah, checked in on us and was so kind as to bring a cup of coffee. Wonderful experience for Valentine's Day.

We had a great dinner. My family and i were a party of 6 and dined between 145 and 330. I can't remember our servers name. We sat in the area next to the entrance. The server was on point with everything. We had a very good appetizer. Table side guac, my husband and i had the trio and both of us were hsppy with the meal,it was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy. We will definitely dine there again.
My wife and I stopped by for dinner and Skipper was our waitress. We've had her before and she was awesome as always. We love her personality and attentiveness. The food was good, drinks were also. We'd highly recommend Rio Mambo Burleson and Skipper!

The thanksgiving menu was a miss for sure! We love Rio so we won't hold it against them for trying something new but here's the good and bad. Good turkey and cranberry sauce. Bad weird gravy, dry jalapeno mashed potatoes that we couldn't taste the jalapeno in and the green bean casserole was flavorless. The plated temperature was lukewarm to cold at our 5 person table. Suggestions: dressing would of been nice and sweet potatoes too
