It's always so good...

Not the Rudy's from 6 years ago. Hardly any customers, the meat was tough and chewy, and like everything else, prices were quite high for the low quality. We paid $45 for dinner for two. Ouch. Will not return.

Rudy’s was my favorite place for Texas bbq before today. During my visit today I order the breakfast taco sausage and quarter pound of ham and taco and sausage is good but the ham today is disappointing to me. The meat look like pork before cured it is so white!!!! I drove back to confirm with the staff to make sure that is ham which he confirmed it is. What happen! The first photo is the ham I got last month and the second one is what I got today. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT HAPPEN SINCE THOSE ARE NOT THE SAME

We had our family gather here after my mom’s memorial service. We had quite a large group, but the staff was very gracious and provided excellent service. When I spoke to the young man at the register and thanked him, he offered his condolences, and I thought that was so kind of him. Would highly recommend!

Rudys is always a delight!

I love how everyone who works at this store just has a love for life and are bright. I have always liked Rudys but this place is just that much better because of the people who work there.

The moist and cream corn are my favorites!

Prices are too high. They wanted more just because the meat was moist. If you got dry meat then it was less. That doesn't make sense. Meat is meat. You shouldn't charge the customer before that

because you didn't pay more for it unfortunately enough. A bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back for a while service was great though. I like the staff. Just not the price

Down-home hospitality is one thing you can't just buy, and they serve it up each day @ no charge.
If you appreciate, generous portions and excellent quality BBQ, I recommend visiting Rudy's.

Personally, I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. Unfortunately as an over the road trucker, sometimes my options are limited, very limited. As a HUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGEEEEEEEE fan of bbq I thought I would give Rudy's a shot. My order consisted of pulled pork, slaw, beans, jalapeño cheddar sausage and a FIRST TIME EVER chopped/shredded/pulled brisket.

The slaw was quite juicy and hit every flavor note without anything overpowering but could taste everything. The beans were not what I was expecting at all. The flavor profile from the brisket just added to the flare of the punch from the chili. The sausage was just as I've eaten around the country, which I do enjoy this particular sausage. Pork has a nice touch of smoke from the added sauce. Unfortunately the brisket.... I thought it was absolutely amazing until I dipped a fork full into some sauce and totally ruined it. Absolutely 100% unequivocally no reason to add any sauce to the chopped brisket. Just give me a spoon a towel and sweet tea.

In closing, if ever I'm afforded the opportunity to eat from a Rudy's again, I ABSOFREEGINLUTELY WILL.
Thanks for a great meal. Now just try and open in some truck stops.

Ate here yesterday ended up in the hospital the next day, due to food poisoning from their brisket. I will never patronize this location ever again!

Over-priced for what you get and the food is ok.

This was the driest Rudy's I have eaten. At noon on Saturday and we were 2 out of only 4 customers inside the store. Really disappointed because we like Rudy's and have been to many.
