This is my new go-to BBQ joint in Burleson. The brisket is consistently good, as are the sauce and sides. They really load up the potatoes and the prices are reasonable.

Update: 2025 0913. Got some ribs and they are undercooked. Disappointing.

My first time was last week with my 9 year old grandson. His first time ordering bbq. The brisket was delicious, the jalapeño sausage was delicious, the beans were good, the pork ribs delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This morning I went to order breakfast tacos for me and my grandson. My grandson has a dairy allergy. I always inform the restaurant of that when ordering to try to ensure they do leave off the cheese as I request. Not only did John ensure no cheese was on my grandson's tacos but he also bagged them separately. This may not seem like a big deal but you don't know how many times we get home from other establishments to find cheese on his food and he can not eat it. John...
