I live less than a mile from the shop. I came for the sandwich immediately after I called it in. It was ready when I arrived. When i got it home, it was stone cold, and the bread was dried out. So it is unlikely it was made fresh. When I called to let them know the sandwich was not up to standard, they denied that the sandwich was pre-made. There is no way the sandwich was freshly made and was stone cold with dried bread and freshly made.

I arrived at 2:05pm. Waited for about 15 minutes in the drive thru after ordering for a $12.22 salad. Finally parked and went in. I only saw 2 people in the back. One was wrapping pickles (alot, maybe prepping for later) not actually helping getting the orders out, there were 3 cars waiting for orders one in front of me, one behind me and 1 couple waiting inside. I went inside bc I'm assuming my salad was premade so why the long wait. I got my order. $12 for this very basic salad and the chicken has no flavor at all. Just horrible. A complete waste of time and money.

The service at this location was not very good. The girl behind the register was clearly challenged. She left someone behind us, standing in line to go clean tables and then came back after making him wait and went right back to handling food without washing her hands. The manager was doing a great job covering for her and the food was great as usual.

I absolutely love their food. I love the bread too!! The food always tastes fresh and it’s always out in a timely matter and they always have great customer service when I go in. Never had an issue with my order being messed up when I order online or in store compared to a lot of other places. Good job!!!!

Ordered on line and paid over $20 for a large sandwich. Did not come with pickle spears and the sandwich was made with all bread and the absolute minimum of meat and condiments. Will not order again. The service was high because of doordash...they were on time and delivered with care.

Thanks for the great service Cori. She handled it really well when I couldn’t figure out how to use my Upside app to get my discount and needed to use two forms or payment. Very informative about the menu and area when I was looking for coffee places. I got the Turkey avocado. Delicious

The food was a little higher in price than I wanted to pay but the food was very good. Workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will eat here again.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to be had.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure it's required by law, so you know they got it.

I love this location. Except for one thing: the smell of Cinnebons makes me want to break my diet every time I walk in here. Yet I return often. The reasons are simple: great people and awesome food! Oh, one more: the soda machine that offers thousands (it seems) of options for drinks; including numerous zero-sugar choices. Serious bonus!Clean, pleasant, and great spot to eat.
