Rome seems to have an attitude don’t have any customer service tonight. Came in at 7:10 pm. The gentlemen in the red shirt making the drink was nice and had a great customer service .

Usually I love this place, smoothies are good, and the staff is usually very helpful. Tonight we walked in 20 minutes before closing for an after-gym protein. I was told they were only selling retail items on the wall. Usually that is not an issue these guys on the staff were just lazy and closing early. Close at 8 does not mean stop serving smoothies early and only sell fitness supplements for the rest of the night. Very dissatisfied as I drove about 30 minutes out of the way to grab my favorite smoothie. Please do better
