Kylie overcharged me for my drink, i asked her about it and she said oh well. She failed to explain why she overcharged me and just looked confused like she didn't know what to do. I will NEVER come back to this place. I was treated very poorly and just don't want anyone else to be treated this way.

I went in during the week it really wasn’t that busy but I waited for 5 min before anyone spoke to me. Once I was ask for my order the Male cashier was stone faced and rude. This was not a Good Experience!! It’s also suppose to be Family Friendly. There was Nothing Friendly about my experience.

Have frequented this Smoothie King post workout the past 3 wks. They are usually busy but get the job done. Today the woman who took my order was put out that at time of paying I realized I didn’t order my usual smoothie, and asked to reimburse me to place a new order. She was obviously put out. Evidently just gave me cash back for the difference in price. I was apologetic but her response was not forgiving. Then when I sat down waiting I saw her telling the young man making the smoothies what I had done, again I just wanted to shrink and hide. I looked at my receipt & saw where I could do a review of my experience. I picked up my smoothie saying again, sorry. As I am walking out the door there was a shallow ‘thanks for coming’. I think I might just start going home from working out and make my own.

The employees here are super nice. We loved coming here when we lived in Burleson. We’d go on Fridays for the free upgrade and they would always put the leftover shake in a smaller cup for our kids so there’d be no waste. All the shakes are delicious, but my favs are the tropical ones. Definitely worth stopping by!

KYLIE is THE BEST!!! I love this smoothie king BECAUSE of HER! She ALWAYS greets me when I come in and she already knows my order, she just confirms then proceeds to place my order! She definitely deserves recognition of some kind! She is ALWAYS happy and has a smile on her face, you can tell she loves her job and her customers!!

They told me they can’t make a strawberry banana smoothie with protein As many times since I’ve came in here I ain’t ever had a problem with them making it But he told me I needed to go by the menu he can’t just make a strawberry banana smoothie 🤦🏽♀️

Me and my sister went into Smoothie King late one night, and we didn’t realize how close it was to closing. Jayce didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She was patient, friendly, and still gave great service like it was the middle of the day. We really appreciated that. People like her make a big difference!
