i went to order a breakfast at 8 am and the egg was black because they dont clean their stove and the bacon was raw and they dont know how to wrap the burgers and the tots were cold, and lastly the burgers were warped very roughly when i went to eat at 1 p.m. please get better service, thank u.

I don't know if they changed cooks, but I went to buy a burrito and a really ugly black egg, plus the bacon was raw and the tortilla chips were cold. I ordered a hamburger and the meat was raw.

To the crew that was working Sunday (9/28/25) at 3:00pm. I tip my hat off to you. I always get a Dr. Pepper with coconut syrup and vanilla syrup, to the person who made it, I hope your pillow case is always cold. Because chef's kiss. Thank you for making my Sunday a little brighter.

Now I’ve been coming here for a while, I’ve noticed some manager changes, I like the gm but I absolutely despise one of the assistant managers I see her smoking all the time, one of the carhops complained to me that she likes to leave during her shift to go to the gas station and get more packs of cigarettes. I’ve spoken to her myself and she looks high, especially when she first starts her shift. The GM needs to do something, carhops complained about her and something needs to be done, food is good, manager is not, I believe her name is Jessica brown. Someone please do something.

We stayed here after our wedding 28 years ago, so we decided to return for our anniversary weekend. The place is very nice. Only a few minor issues in our particular room. We didn't eat there, nor had any drinks at the hotel, so I can't taste the food.
A wedding at the hotel made parking a little scarce in the covered parking garage, but plenty of additional parking was available.

All the credit card machines are trash.....few good workers....rest are just kids literally just there for a paycheck. Bad attitudes........ the gm needs to step up and take care of these problems or get replaced......ridiculous!!
Waited 20 minutes for my food. When I was finally ready to leave my food came out. I was told to make up for the delay I was giving a couple of coupons😂🤣😂🤣 .99 super size drink coupons. Then I was told the kitchen was in chaos! Not going back!
