Every time I go this sonic they always have some at the drive thru that has no clue what their doing the manger needs putting people in drive thru that has has clue what to do I came twice and has happened I see why this store rating is so bad long I will take my business some were else

Ordered through Uber eats and got a slush that smelled heavily of bleach tried a small sip and got sick. Stay away at all cost. When I called the lady actually laughed at me and said âwhile they were cleaning this morning. Thatâs probably why it smells a little funky.â I informed her it is more than funky. Itâs a heavy smell of bleach and I wasnât able to drink it. She said âoh OK. I have made a health department complaint.

On my way to work I stopped to get something to eat at this sonic location. When I got to work and opened up the burger box I saw a long black hair sticking out the side and to clarify my hair is no where near the color black, Iâm totally disgusted

I was thru the drive thru tonight get a combo meal and asked for a cherry limeade drink when I got to my driveway and tasted the drink it tasted horrible. I called to speak with someone to see if I could pick up a new drink the next day since I had already made it home and the Manager Elijah said they were closing in 6 minutes and because he had tasted the Sprites my drink should be fine. Very unprofessional I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and if I had I wanted to call the 1800 number I was welcome to call them. He was not concerned that my drink wasnât tasting right or willing to remake a new one or suggest a different drink. Iâm very disappointed in the service I received at this Sonic
Entrance into is kinda easy to miss. Service was good and nice to see a kids area as well.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Been a few years since I had one. I did a double take. It's a patty now on the sandwich not a full piece of chicken. I won't go back. I bet I can make one better and cheaper!!!
