Ordered ribs . Ribs were dried out with no taste. No roll given Food did not taste good at all. So disappointing as this used to be one of our favorite bbq restaurants.

We went out for Veterans Day so my husband could get a good, warm meal for dinner. Well, it was a disappointing experience here, out of all the other times we've come out to eat this one was just sad. The baby back ribs were so dry that my dog could end up choking on the meat. The brisket sandwich was very bland. The only person who was very inviting was a young man with long hair working the serving line. The clerk checking us out didn't even offer a small discount to my veteran husband or acknowledge him; she just simply had a monotone voice with an annoyed look on her face.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Oct 22nd. We’ve been Spring Creek fans for many years especially for the Bedford Tx location. Today was the third time we’ve been here (Burleson) and the ribs were terrible- overcooked- tough and stringy,, for the 3rd time. The rest was good.
I visited spring creek for the first time on Friday the southwest chicken salad was amazing but what stood out the most was the outstanding customer service of Ms Dawn not only did she make sure my first visit was amazing she also made every customer feel welcomed and well taken care of her personality and smile definitely will have me back again

The brisket was fantastic! I had the potato salad & bbq beans as the sides and they were good. Their fresh hot rolls are great and they keep bringing em to you. Donna was very helpful in answering our bulk order questions and provided us with coupons gor a future visit.

I ordered two of the southwest salads and I was pretty disappointed. It tasted like if something in it was spoiled and we were not able to eat them. It was not fresh at all. And they gave less salad than they do at other locations. :/
