Friendliest morning baristas! I come almost everyday to see Kate and Paetyn. Consistently, my coffee is delicious and my interaction is positive. They never let me leave unsatisfied, NEVER. These girls set my day up for success.P.s. this starbucks has quite a bit of regulars, you can tell the baristas love seeing us, and genuinely caring to connect.

Used to be a good place, now they can't make your drinks correctly, they will not scan for points like normal they make you do it a different way which causes the transaction not to show up on your account and you not to receive your

Every time I come here nobody is ever working always see them outside smoking cigarettes or on the phone. All the baristas are always rude especially girl with glasses. Need more training or need new workers!

Always out of ingredients. Tried to swing by here serval times just for a beverage (not food shopping) and they've been out of ingredients every time. (Consistently out of black tea...can we not brew more?) Try to order a different beverage...they're out of something else. I've tired late morning and early afternoon to no avail.

I order here just about every week day morning I can. My order is always ready and i am always greeted by the staff. When i have used the drive through it is also very fast and they are super nice. Egg bites - bacon and Gruyère are one of my go to fast and low carb breakfast option and my quad espresso iced coffee is always perfect!

I am pregnant and came in yesterday to get a passion tea with coconut milk. The milk turned out to be expired and the drink was extremely soured. The barista also messed up all of my coworkers drinks that they had ordered.

I'm here pretty much every day of the week, i work on the strip and love coming here! Levi and lexi are the best baristas to have in your city!! They make every visit a good one and always have good conversation and great drink adivce!!

Customer service was terrible. I had to explain to this young girl named Kamori what I wanted 3 different times before she correctly types it in. Before this, she was on her phone so she didn't even recognize I was waiting on my order to be taken for several minutes. After I pay, I see her roll her eyes at me as I just simply told her what I wanted. After waiting for another 10-11 minutes for my drink while she played on her phone for a good portion. I realized that my drink simply wasn't what I asked for. No vanilla bean, no cream, nothing was right about it. I wasn't going to ask for it to be remade since she was clearly not in a good mood and already had an attitude with me. Overall, bad customer service experience!
