I’m sitting in Starbucks waiting sitting for my order. The cashier is super rude, huffing, sighing, saying “god!” Super loud. I understand he’s working alone and running out of stuff. But his attitude sucks and he makes you feel uncomfortable even ordering anything. He ran out of strawberry purrs and looked at me and said “well we are out so I don’t know what you want me to do” before I could even answer him. I can’t wait till the friendly location across the street opens again. 12:40 on 2/11. So uncomfortable

I was at Starbucks 30 mins before closing behind one other person and Skylar told me he won’t be taking my order because he is closing after taking the person infront of me with 30 mins to close not satisfied

Very slow and long lines lately. Obviously new employees. Wonder why they can't retain people.

I had ordered an iced Caramel coffee with no ice and my cup was half way filled and when I had asked the barista to fill it up she was expecting me to pay extra? Why would I pay extra for something that I had already paid for and didn’t even get my service done right.
