When someone says extra extra extra extra caramel and you give them the same amount of caramel you would give someone when they don’t ask for extra then you need to reevaluate your skills. If someone pays for something, they expect to get it and shouldn’t have to ask for uou to fix it.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They make refreshers fine but the coffee is always so bad. Starbucks is usually hit or miss but this location is consistently a miss 😭

Between this store and the one in Joshua I will make the extra drive for the other one. The coffee 3/4 times taste like they used the most burnt roast of coffee ever made. I get that coffee isn’t supposed to be all sugar but when my pumpkin latte taste like burnt rubber I got a problem. This isn’t the first time either. There has been other times i don’t drink the drink because of how awful it taste and that’s not good considered i tip and an paying $6-7 a drink.

Only problem wirh this Starbucks is accessing the parking lot and finding parking. Staff are great and order is always perfect.
They remodeled this Starbucks and they made it smaller so there isn't a lot of room to sit down. Very disappointed

This location always a hit or miss if your drink is going to taste normal. Some days bad, some days good, been like this for 3 years. No one at this location can make a Venti White Chocolate Mocha 10 pumps white Chocolate, it baffles me. Ordered one today it was great, the last 6 times I been here, horrible. Guess I will never know why it’s so hard to make correctly.
