This location always a hit or miss if your drink is going to taste normal. Some days bad, some days good, been like this for 3 years. No one at this location can make a Venti White Chocolate Mocha 10 pumps white Chocolate, it baffles me. Ordered one today it was great, the last 6 times I been here, horrible. Guess I will never know why it’s so hard to make correctly.

Hit or miss if they make your drink the way you ask for it, even if you ask for something clear as day a specific way. Asked for extra carmel in the bottom, got not a drop on the bottom and hardley any on the sides. Other times it's perfect. Needs consistancy. Ham and cheese croissant very dry.

The staff are always welcoming, the store is clean and Newley remodeled. It looks more modern, but I miss the old look. Especially the comfy couches, which made it like a place I can drink my coffee and hang out for a bit. Now it’s more like hard seats and less space to mingle with people. Overall, I love all the employees here because they all work very hard, and some customers can be demanding, but these guys are an A-Team.
Maybe bring back the old look because a lot of people miss it.

Starbucks never disappoints! The drinks are consistently delicious, and the baristas at this location are always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for working, reading, or catching up with friends. I especially appreciate how customizable the menu is—whether I want something hot, iced, sweet, or strong, they always get it just right. Mobile ordering makes pickup super convenient too. It’s my go-to spot for a quick caffeine fix or a relaxing break in the day. Highly recommend!
This is probably the worst Starbucks in town, or even Texas. They don’t know how to mix their matcha properly, and they serve the cups extremely hot without a sleeve. When I mentioned it to the staff, who were hard to identify, they said it was just a new method they were taught.
Someone really needs to train them on how to make this drink correctly. I usually go to the one in Crowley, and they do a great job. I only stopped by this location because I was nearby, but it’s disappointing. It’s not just about blaming their training; they need to improve their skills.

Sadly, they have removed a more than decade old item from the menu and now charge more to make it as an off menu item (java chip frap). With so much competition in the city, they just lost their edge for me personally. We won't be going back, which is sad because we've probably been more loyal to Sbux than most any other coffee place for as long as I can remember. Well over 15yrs I'd assume.

Got amazing pink drinks here last night with my sister. Took my girlfriend here today just to get handed an abomination of a drink — looked awful, tasted even worse. Couldn’t even finish half. Barista forgot to put milk in it. The cashier looked at our drink and paused for a good second, probably thinking who in the world could enjoy this, but handed it over and closed the window anyway. Guess we’ll just stick to Dutch Bros for guilty pleasure drinks from now on — at least they’re more consistent.
