Got amazing pink drinks here last night with my sister. Took my girlfriend here today just to get handed an abomination of a drink — looked awful, tasted even worse. Couldn’t even finish half. Barista forgot to put milk in it. The cashier looked at our drink and paused for a good second, probably thinking who in the world could enjoy this, but handed it over and closed the window anyway. Guess we’ll just stick to Dutch Bros for guilty pleasure drinks from now on — at least they’re more consistent.

All of the employees are great. Drinks are amazing. They recently renovated this location and RUINED it. I used to go here daily to do paperwork and computer work. Lots of space, lots of different seats with lots of outlets. After they renovated it, theres a total of 3 small tables. 1 outlet. WHY??? It makes absolutely NO SENSE!!! DONT COME HERE TO DO PAPER OR COMPUTER WORK!

My complaint isn't about the service—it's exceptional, with friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Instead, my concern lies with the aesthetics. Why was the parking lot designed to be so small? It’s evident that a larger space could have easily been created, indicating a deliberate design choice. Upon entering the building, the cramped atmosphere persists; this too appears to stem from a design decision. There’s barely enough room to place a laptop or phone to read a book, which is why I often choose Starbucks—to enjoy a coffee and read, much like many other customers. However, the wall chargers available only accommodate two prong plug ins which most people use usb. Am I mistaken, or do most Starbucks locations provide better amenities? This location seems less equipped to attract customers. While I recognize it’s newly built, significant renovations might be worth considering, as the current design appears to be a misstep.

When I got home to drink my drink this is how much room was left in my cup. That is over an inch of room left and I had not taken a sip yet. I did not get my money's worth. Very disappointed.

Ordered online for pickup. Waited almost 30 min from order time at 6am on a slow Sunday. Inside was empty, one or two in drive thru at any time. I’ve never seen anyone move as slow as they did in this store. No sense of urgency to get things done.

The workers behind the counter are very communicative and attentive. The lines were brutal and people weren’t the nicest to them. They made sure to take care of the customers and each other. Ash and team are great

Good people but I was informed when I got here that they would now start the food for my online order. Waited another 10 minutes. Should be started and ready according to the app.

I ordered a Venti iced Doppio Espresso, in which I paid extra for the Vanilla Sweet Cream Foam and extra for 3 pumps of Vanilla syrup. The cup was filled about half way, when I asked the "barista" if she could fill it more, she said nothing, took the cup, and added more milk. She filled it maybe 3/4 of the way. Mind you, I have ordered this exact drink many times and in various states, always filled to the top. When I called to speak to the manager I was explained that "his" batista made it correctly and everyone else has always made it wrong! This is the third time I've been to this location and the same "barista" has helped us in the drive through with the worst attitude. I have never had an issue with this location until recently. They've gone downhill altogether.

Was not happy to see roaches where the food and drinks are prepared.
When I mentioned it to the young manager. I think he said his name was Jared, I'm not sure. He got an attitude towards me. At least, that is how I took it.
Not visiting that place anymore. My first and last time.
