I made a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. I saw a cup in the order pickup spot so I asked if it was mine by name. The elderly white female said "Honey I dont know I just make them and put them there" I was like ok now I know where to get free drinks since they are not sure.

Chloe was a sweetheart, but A manager should not leave a new employee alone until they're fully trained in everything. Along with the long line she had, she was unable to enter a code for my discount so in order to not hold the line up any longer as it was backing up, I pad full price.

I don't remember her name but it started with a K and long long brown/red hair, I went early in the morning and she had the worst attitude towards me and her co workers.made me very uncomfortable. personally I don't think she should work there because I've been going for so long now I don't even want to :(

Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely "out of stock" and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, others it's an entire drink remake.

not sure who it was but his name started with a c and he had glasses and was working july 13th at around 3:45. his service was disrespectful. got our drinks wrong, didn’t speak at all to other customers such as me, and made hand movements like he was frustrated and sighed multiple times while he was taking my order. didn’t say a word when he set my drink down when he was finished.

Idk who the guy was in there, but he was incredibly rude. His name started with a C I believe. He acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. He also missed some items in our order. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk but we just wanted some coffee to start our day off good and we ended up getting bad service. We were still pretty nice.

Haley was fantastic! Probably one of the most consistent Starbucks we have had the privilege of going to through the years. And it is inside a Kroger grocery store, who would have thunk it? The drinks are always creamy and rich. Staff really knows their menu/selection(s).

The barista literally let us sit for 15+ minutes in line, turns around and says “we’re closed.” It’s 7:45 and they close at 9!!!! This girl really needs to lose her attitude!
