I've rarely had a bad experience at Subway but today is the day! I placed an online order, the app said it would be delivered by 631pm. Ok, then I get a text saying ETA 638pm. No big deal. Finally got my food at 645. Not cool, as I have two hungry 10 year olds that have been waiting and no explanation of why it arrived so late. The receipt says the pickup time was 616pm. The store is 1.7 miles away...
I picked up the bag and it wasn't sealed and was missing a few of my kids' items- the yogurts and the kids milks. I called the store and the "night manager" told me they were out of those items. Why couldn't they call me to offer another item as a substitute, like a bag of chips and a drink for both kids?
I asked about a refund for those items and was told I have to come in between 9 and 4 to talk to the manager. For me, having a regular 9 - 5 job means leaving work early to chase down this refund. All of this for an order I placed on their app.
And of course there was nothing she could do as she was the night manager, not the regular manager.
Avoid this place if you can.
Update 4/4/25: the manager called me to inquire about my review here (I agreed to remove part of it).
She stated that the driver was to blame as he didn't pick up the other bag. So they did have the items? 🤔🤔 She stated that she refunded me the cost of the missing items. Time will tell if I ever receive one. As of 4/8, nothing yet. I will make a final edit on the review if it comes through.
Still avoid this place.

I placed an online order, the app said it was ready, I go in they have not even started my order.Then I watched the worker drop a receipt right into the pickles she just picks it up snd goes on making sandwiches instead of throwing away and replacing the food she had just contaminated.I finally get my food about 10 minutes after the app said it was ready.They were not busy so I don't know what the problem was. Then I get home and a sandwichvwherevI had requested less lettuce and less mayo had enough lettuce for an all you csn eat salad bar and about a whole jar of mayo.They used to be good but this place has gone down bad.I doubt I go back due to the health code violation I witnessed.

I had an online order, mid afternoon mind you so not busy at all , and it said ready so I went in, they hadn't even started. Another lady also had an online order, ahead of me, hers wasn't started either. She ordered cookies and "they were out" and acted like she was horrible for wanting her money back. I also saw them drop a receipt in the pickles and they just took it out and went on instead of changing it out which I'm almost positive is against protocol

I was greeted walking into the store it was very clean I live 15 minutes away I get home and my sandwich was never toasted and I politely asked for pepper jack I got American I called the store twice and no answer I hope next time my order is correct ðŸ˜

It's been a while since I've had a really good sandwich from here. They barely put the right amount of anything on your sandwich. Got a meatball sub and 2 different times it barely had any sauce on it 6 onion pieces and 5 olives on it and it was pretty much dry. 2 separate visits. Half the time they are out of ingredients. One time I ordered a meatball sub and they were out of meatballs!! I will give them one more try.

Every single employee they have even the manager has no customer service! All rude! Been a few times thinking maybe this time will be different. They seemed annoyed to work there

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the food was alright besides my bread not being fresh.
The young lady with glasses that took my order has 0 customer service. Did not greet me in store. Was aggressive and blunt when asking what I wanted and what on it. She rushed me to check out before my sandwich was even out of the toaster oven…. With no customer behind me or in front of me. Then when trying to check out, I asked about the app and how to pull up the scanner to be able to get my points. She did not care to help me. After asking the other male employee for help, she finally offered to take my phone # to put into her computer to get my points. Like seriously? Employees should know how to properly greet customers, know how to NOT rush customers, and also know the ins / outs of the apps that the company has provided them to know and use!
Won’t be coming back to this location that’s for sure! 🤮

The food is good but the issue is if you want your order correct you’re better off ordering in person vs on the phone. It’s either not right like they can’t read the order or you look at your sandwich after taking it out of the package it’s a mess.
This is one of the few restaurants I visit frequently. The staff is really and some of them know my order when I walk in. There has been a handful of new people working which slows down the process however they are still learning so I completely understand. The night shift manager is my absolute favorite!
Parking: Lots of parking spots. Some parts of the day it can be a little packed but I’ve been here many times and I can always find parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp near the door however the door does not have a push activated button.

I picked up 4 12’ sandwiches yesterday and they were very good. I felt the toppings were plentiful and the bread tasted fresh. The employees didn’t say a word to us and they didn’t seem very friendly and were really quiet. Kind of made you feel weird, but they did their jobs ok. I’ve never been to this subway and I might come back. My only real issue is there’s no senior or military discounts given, I think in this day and age that should be available. This is one of the first places I’ve been to where they just flat said oh no we don’t do that !! The guy that spoke up about this wasn’t our cashier either . Otherwise can’t complain really just be nice to be welcomed or greeted .

I ask about the different sandwhiches
and the young light skinned black girl didnt answer so another black girl answered all my questions.
The young girl cant hear well either I guess she forgot my cheese I ask for and added it after the sub was already toasted so I'll have to reheat it at home..
She rang up my subs as well and didnt know how to do the rewards and when I was asking about it she barely speaks loud enough to hear and says "I dont know" shes clearly not cut out for the job as she doesnt listen or speak and just seems to have a I dont care kind of attitude like she hates working there.
But the subs are good!!
And the store looled clean.
I dont like that they keep the meat and cjeese covered up now. Weird.
