OMG I am past mad. Me and my 8 year old granddaughter go for dinner. I looked up and see a large sign of a tuna sandwich meal deal for $6.99 I ask the girl oh y'all have a complete TUNA meal for $6.99 she said yes we do so I got the tuna and my granddaughter gets a 6 inch pepperoni I go to pay the girl ask a girl that was sitting at booth eating how to do the $6.99 combo meal she said whatever she said but then says spicy pepperoni the girl said no it's tuna she said well tuna is tomorrow not today spicy pep is today I said well she said tuna so can I get it for $6.99 since it's already made and she said it was 6.99 she says u can get it if u pay the full price I said well I will just take my granddaughter sandwich and nothing else so she comes over to the counter and takes my sandwich out and I kinda laughed and said u would rather throw it in the trash then sell it she said yep and tossed it I got my granddaughter sandwich went to table to double check it was her sandwich it was I was upset at that girl and thought I handed it to my granddaughter we get home and no sandwich no where my granddaughter starts crying I call back and I ask the same girl if her sandwich was left on the table she said no I know it was she is lying so tomorrow I will call corporate I am so upset right now how that little girl talked to me

I ordered 2 sandwiches and some cookies and uber eats delivered. It was wrapped up so I know uber eats didn't do this. My veggies sandwich had a piece of blk hair in it. And i know it wasnt mine bc i had on a head wrap and, my uber driver had blond hair. My bread was toasted and I didn't ask for toasted; plus half of my cookie was gone like someone ate it. I told uber and they don't want to give me my money back. I will NEVER eat from here again.

Ordered a sandwich for pickup and the bread is hard, ordered and paid extra for toppings that I didn't get. It's always something at this location.
Brooke was annoyed we can in it’s 8ish pm she was huffing and had to be told to put on gloves on to make food didn’t know how to make sandwiches also. But the worst part is that even wearing gloves she was touching face hair the bread was rubbing against her shirt honestly I wanted to leave but my Wife said let it go. After we left the more we thought about how she handled the food the more grossed out we became we just decided to not eat it. What a waste of time and money.

I’ve always loved Subway because of the great options in “Deli meats “ “Veggies “ and variety of breads. We ordered 45 min before closing online 4 sandwiches and get a rude employee complaining about how customers that order this late are annoying and “pricks” because we ordered twice and two different family members went in. I don’t really appreciate this type of behavior towards any customer and if you don’t like the job then apply somewhere else. The employee was on the heavy set side, male with reddish hair. I didn’t look at his name tag because I was quit listening to his rant about the other order we made but little did he know it was my other members order. Appalled at this type of customer service and I hope they train this guy right. Out of all 4 sandwiches he got mine right and the rest were un toasted and messy. We wanted toasted and cheese on 3 of them but we got 0

This is by far the best Subway in Burleson and maybe even in the metroplex. Consistently tasty, fast, clean, and very friendly! Time after time.

BEWARE OF AN AUTOMATIC 20% TIP!
My niece took her kids to Subway this morning for a birthday. She bought three sandwiches and a pizza, but when she went to pay, the amount on the card reader did not match the cash register. The service worker said that the system automatically added a 20% tip! And it was irrevocable, she was instructed that she will have to call her bank to reverse it.
UPDATE: The manager, Tina, refunded the money immediately when she heard what happened.

Just want to shout out to this location for the cleanliness of your store, the accuracy and timeliness of my order. Love me a Subway Cold Cut Trio and thank you SUBWAY for the foot long cookie - way better than the Churro stick thing, IMO. And really appreciate the BOGO footlong offers.

Despite the fact they weren’t busy and therefore could have accounted for the sloppy way my sandwich began, She threw the meat into the bread in a clump as well as the shredded cheese.Nothing but bread on both ends. Then after toasting, it was far worse. The floor was Unbelievably sticky as apparently a drink or drinks were spilled and when I brought this to their attention their solution was to put out a “Caution wet floor”. The floor was not wet. The liquid had dried and left a sticky mess. The sugar/sweetner was insufficiently stocked – almost empty actually. I certainly hope the franchise owner reads this as you need to be aware that there was really no common care or courtesy extended. They were not busy. Somebody could’ve ran a mop over the floor, where it was so sticky my feet actually stuck to the floor.
Every time I go here this team is a true team! I love the experience because they’re so kind and bring positivity to a world full of hate! You guys truly care about every customer! I see it! Keep rocking and don’t let the haters stop your happiness!
