This subway is the best subway in Burleson… the employees are so very nice very interactive would def come back

I ordered online. Got my order, food was extremely cold, not toasted as recommended or told. I called store and worker was extremely rude and disrespectful, I expressed I’m pregnant and can not eat uncooked or untoasted worker refused to fix the order and told me there’s no manager available and hung up in my face! This is unprofessional and unacceptable!!! Never order with this location

Joe and Sebastian provided EXCELLENT service at this store, but the manager, Terri, was VERY unprofessional. Our family, including my wife and four children, received poor treatment. She rushed us and made disparaging comments about us to another employee. My wife overheard her. Her behavior should be unacceptable! Additionally, she helped herself to a couple of drinks, caused a spill by dropping ice all over the floor that could've caused an accident for customers coming in.

This place has great food and service. My friend fell in the parking lot and the ladies helped her up without even knowing that we were going on their Subway. Kindness, great service, and great food, no one could ask for more.

If I would have known I was going to pay almost $12 for bread and veggies I would have honestly somewhere else. The bad thing is you can’t see the amount of of protein they put until after they toast the bread smh… this is the amount of chicken I received for a foot long… can you even see it? I am flabbergasted.

I never write bad reviews but I used to love subway and now I’m never going back because of multiple bad experiences. No one wears hairnets. I found a long black hair in my food when I got home. I have a germ problem and could not get myself to eat past one bite (even after cutting out 1/3 of the sandwich where the hair was) because my brain just kept replaying the image and it made me nauseous. I spent 15 dollars though after tipping and couldn’t justify not trying to call for a refund. So for once I called and I was told I can’t get a refund unless I come back to the store to put my card in AND dig my food out of the trash to bring in. I said nevermind and took the loss. If that is Subway’s policy on refunds they need to change it because many stores and restaurants can just refund it from the POS if it was done on card.

OMG I am past mad. Me and my 8 year old granddaughter go for dinner. I looked up and see a large sign of a tuna sandwich meal deal for $6.99 I ask the girl oh y'all have a complete TUNA meal for $6.99 she said yes we do so I got the tuna and my granddaughter gets a 6 inch pepperoni I go to pay the girl ask a girl that was sitting at booth eating how to do the $6.99 combo meal she said whatever she said but then says spicy pepperoni the girl said no it's tuna she said well tuna is tomorrow not today spicy pep is today I said well she said tuna so can I get it for $6.99 since it's already made and she said it was 6.99 she says u can get it if u pay the full price I said well I will just take my granddaughter sandwich and nothing else so she comes over to the counter and takes my sandwich out and I kinda laughed and said u would rather throw it in the trash then sell it she said yep and tossed it I got my granddaughter sandwich went to table to double check it was her sandwich it was I was upset at that girl and thought I handed it to my granddaughter we get home and no sandwich no where my granddaughter starts crying I call back and I ask the same girl if her sandwich was left on the table she said no I know it was she is lying so tomorrow I will call corporate I am so upset right now how that little girl talked to me

I ordered 2 sandwiches and some cookies and uber eats delivered. It was wrapped up so I know uber eats didn't do this. My veggies sandwich had a piece of blk hair in it. And i know it wasnt mine bc i had on a head wrap and, my uber driver had blond hair. My bread was toasted and I didn't ask for toasted; plus half of my cookie was gone like someone ate it. I told uber and they don't want to give me my money back. I will NEVER eat from here again.

Ordered a sandwich for pickup and the bread is hard, ordered and paid extra for toppings that I didn't get. It's always something at this location.
Brooke was annoyed we can in it’s 8ish pm she was huffing and had to be told to put on gloves on to make food didn’t know how to make sandwiches also. But the worst part is that even wearing gloves she was touching face hair the bread was rubbing against her shirt honestly I wanted to leave but my Wife said let it go. After we left the more we thought about how she handled the food the more grossed out we became we just decided to not eat it. What a waste of time and money.
