The two ladies (I didn’t get their names) were the sweetest ladies!! They had conversation with me as my food was being made. You could tell they were being genuine, caring, and just really sweet!!

With I could give ZERO stars! I went in today to get my workers food. The Italian herb and cheese bread ? was hard! So hard! I call the subway to let them since they claim the bread is always fresh! The young lady casi (I believe was her name) said she would give me a refund. The district manger Randi gave me a call and said they will NOT return money with out a sandwich! I told her that not what the manger of store said she said well I’m her boss! She also stated to me while I’m touching the bread and the bread is not hard! I told her well I still have half of a sandwich right here if you would like I can take you my sandwich so you can see how hard the bread is! She said well I can’t give you a refund with half of a sandwich! I said that is fine. I said I’m letting you know because you’re saying the bread is fresh and I’m letting you know that the bread is not fresh and I can take it to you so you can see.! She was just very unprofessional basically calling me a liar! I would not be visiting this subway and will not recommend this sub to anyone else!

The young lady working today (Tuesday 6/25/2024), I stopped in at 12:10, had the least faborable disposition a person in the service industry should have. I hope that you realize they are the face of your company and when you are in the service industry, your sole job is to deliver a great product to happy customers!
Today, you fell short of that. This is one of those places where I dread going to but go to anyways because it is close. Like I am hoping for better but each time much the same.
Please educate your staff, if they dont want to be there find someone who will.
Not sure if they have ever heard of upselling- might want to explain that to boost your revenue.
I rarely leave reviews but today your Subway earned it.
Side note adding vegetables to your sub is a choice. I asked for double black olives which would have equated to two petite handfuls but was told that I couldn't get extra (no reason why that made sense).
For the above, I would not recommend this particular location- better to drive to the next nearest one

I placed an order through the app today at 5:05pm, Sunday, June 23.
One of the sandwiches that I ordered was the Pizza Sub, which includes their "signature marinara sauce." It makes sense as it is a pizza on a sub ....
Low and behold, I get the food home, and there is not a drop of marinara sauce nor any other condiment on it. It's just a dry sandwich with peperoni and cheese and onion. I call them to complain, and they state that it's the normal way they make this sub. WHAT!
I tell them that it's clearly a pizza sub, and it says it has marinara sauce in the app.
That's when I'm told that they don't make their sandwiches according to the app, but as it is printed out for them.
I call B.S.
I spoke with the on-duty manager named Shelby. And another employee prior to her. Both were unapologetic and basically told me that's the way they make them....
If you're not going to make them the way it says in the app, why take orders through the app?!?
I recommend driving into town if you need a sub sandwiche and don't waste your time or money here!

I just left the store about 15minutes ago, when I walked in a employee was asleep at a table in the dining room I had to wake him up so he could go get his co worker in the back to come out and take my food order.

I went into SUBWAY® on Tuesday night and got my wife a sandwich and got me some cookies. When I got home, I took a bite out of my first cookie and had 2 hairs wrap around my teeth and over my tongue. Took me a second to figure out and I spit back out and then had to unwrap the hair from my teeth. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with. I then spent two days trying to call the store and speak to a manager to no avail. I decided today to go back up there and try to see if the store manager was available and it ended up being some 18 year old kid. I explain to him the situation and he just looked at me and was very unapologetic when he said sorry I will not visit that store again
Smdh I made and on the app the Manger called me talking about we ran out of steak but we have a truck coming into tonight you can pickup your order tomorrow. I don't wanna wait until tomorrow I want my money refused to refund me.

I prefer going to this location over the location closest to me. Great service. Missy is the one who usually takes my order.
