Not greeted when we came in, only about 4 flavors were available of about 10 flavors (the rest said “out of order”), all the topping we chose were not fresh and the reward point system was down. So not only was it bad I didn’t even get credit for spending money today ??♀️. The girls/employees weren’t even visible and I had to say excuse me about 5 times before someone came out. Sweet frog is normally good but I 100% definitely wouldn’t recommend coming back to the burelson location.

Worked here for about 2 weeks, horrible management. Rotting fruit, stale cereal, yogurt machines are always down, fruit fly problem was shrugged off when I notified manager. Pay is ridiculously low (especially when you end up having to stay till 11pm almost every night as a high schooler with school the next day). Would not recommend working nor eating here.

This place has really gone down hill the last few years.I really enjoyed coming here and was a regular.The service has been so bad, I've just stopped coming for the longest time.There's usually a few employees here and the moment the door opens, they dip into the back.They're constantly having issues with machines and there's usually 1-2 down.Just today, I asked the employee to type in my phone number because I'm pretty sure I have a free one or something along those lines, she refused.So just paid for my frozen yogurt and left.These employees really need to fix their attitude! I understand nobody wants to really work nowadays, that's fine, I get it, but that does not give you an excuse to be rude and careless with customers!!!

Came in tonight at 9pm exact, two employees were present and neither of them greeted us. My husband even asked how are you and dead silence. Terrible customer service. Im a manager myself at a retail store and this is definitely not how we run my store. First and last time coming here.

I worked here for one day after being hired on the spot and coming in the same day. My training was done by people who had only been working there a couple of weeks and there was no manager there to help up us. We didn’t finish closing till midnight because there was an insane amount of work even for three people to finish. I considered reporting the store to health and safety because the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in two year's. The cabinets under the topping station had crusted on candy and chocolate. I told myself I would never eat here again but I had a craving today and caved. There were only 4 or 5 working flavors. Please do not shame the employees when eating here, this is entirely because of terrible management.

This place has gone down hill lately…. Last few times we came it was dirty in there not messy DIRTY. Moldy smell inside & ended up leaving because several flavors were “out of order”

Store was empty when I came in, I don’t mind that bc I’ve worked retail and I know when you have some down time and no customers you may take a small break or do some clean up in the back/stock room. When an associate did come out I wasn’t greeted at all, which I thought was weird I usually say hello because it’s pretty standard to be greeted when you walk into a business. Not that big of deal, what was a deal breaker was most of the fruit looked a bit old and needed to be replaced. I personally did not get any, I mostly got candy toppings but my partner did get come strawberries, and some pound cake. I know that’s not a fruit but I bring it up because it crumbled like sand when she took a bite of it. After eating only about a quarter of it she felt nauseous the rest of the night. We prefer one right next to the HEB down the road and will be visiting there from now on.

There were fruit flies flying all over the place over the toppings. Definitely would have been a huge risk for me or anyone else not pregnant maybe getting sick.The floors were also really bad, sticky even. The tables available were very messy and sticky, and the employee behind the counter just sat on their phone when not attending to the people/mess. Over all it was just very disappointing and ended up just eating in my car before doing some shopping.

I used to love coming here, but the last several times, including tonight especially, the place was filty, food all over tables, inside and outside, topping station was disgusting, everything mixed together, slopped on the counter, just an absolute mess. The machines barely worked or were out , it was uncomfortably warm as if the air was broken, the staff were unfriendly and seemed to not care about their jobs at all. We were so disappointed and will Never be back.

The staff didn't say much other then welcome in and the yogurt tastes good but is pricey but for a place that presents themselves as family friendly with kids tables and coloring it didn't seem right for them to have music with profanity blasting so loud you can't even have conversation. Behind the counter looked like it was being kept clean but the floor where the machines and toppings were was so gross and sticky, doesn't seem like it's been mopped all day.
