Probably the best service I've ever had a taco bell. 3 cars in front of me at drive thru, and I still got my order quickly and exactly right. Emma was polite when she took my order and at the window.

I visited this location on 07/12 around 10:45am with a big order since I needed to feed a big group of people helping us move. We were worried about placing such a big order but we went inside and spoke with the staff and they told us to hang tight and they’d get it ready. 3 dozen tacos and 1 dozen burritos were my order and they had it completely made fresh within 10 minutes.
Crystal, Fisher, Devin and Zach deserve a raise! They were so incredibly kind and showed us true customer service that day.
10/10 would recommend this location!

They were extremely slow and the chicken quesadillas were 99% cheese with like 2 pieces of chicken. Plus? They didn’t slice either one.

Stopped by Taco Bell after a long day and was greeted with a friendly voice. She was very patient and even recommended items. I drove to the window and she greeted me with a smile. I had to ask her name…. Jordan keep that smile you never know how you can change someone’s day. Thank you!

I had an online order....it was so good I got it on the 17th still thinking about it on 3 days later bro it was bussin they loaded me up It's a 10 outta 10 for me
i had ordered a baja blast freeze here & they made it to where it literally melted in less than a minute. i paid over $3 for this drink & it looked this this (see picture). then their food was stale & the service was awful. the girl servicing me was incredibly rude & then met me with passive aggressiveness to close out the transaction. it sucks because this is the only taco bell close to my house.

This Taco Bell is horrible. The workers' attitudes are despicable and pitiful. Taco Bell truly needs to do a better job hiring. If this is the employees they hire, they truly have no sense of morals. One tall white girl and one overweight short girl were the ones that had an attitude issue. Really so distasteful.

Worst service ever, I would recommend the Taco Bueno across the street and stop using the clueless kiosk. Wensday evening 8:15 pm. May 21. Go to eat out with my wife once in a blue moon for us. So we share Mexican pizza ,two tacos, nachos bell grande, and a drink. Food makes the counter asked for a cup for the drink.Go to fill that cup with Dr pepper just soda water, try the root beer just soda water. So I notified the taller girl that the soda fountain is empty she says they didn't have Dr pepper. So I asked about the root beer a she didn't answer that question so I asked does the Pepsi work and she said IDK. The point is she did nothing to resolve my issue or upgrade my drink she just did nothing. I myself will never tender my business at this store ever again, everyone works hard for a buck and watching that girl throw my cup away at the empty fountain machine just made me feel robbed. Honestly Taco Bell y'all were top of the food chain in demolition man, but your Burleson store needs some work

So ive picked up orders from here several times and several times ive had to cancel because of the excessive wait times (more than 15mins). I've witnessed on several occasions customers come in or go through the drive thru and order and leave with their orders before my delivery order have been made. It definitely seems intentional by the staff. Moving forward I'm avoiding pick ups from this location. If you've placed an order for door dash or uber eats and it took an unusual amount of time to receive your orders it's because your orders aren't prioritized.

For some reason no location can get the correct items in each box ,probably because they don't label their items very annoying especially if you don't eat beef .

Why do you guys insist on putting the Mexican pizza on the bottom? This isn't what I paid for. Also, you shorted me on food. So, either get me my money back or give me more food.
An order was placed ahead of time for pickup. It took about 10 minutes to drive there, and I waited another 10 minutes inside thinking it was being prepared. Turns out, it hadn’t even been started. After I said something, they didn’t immediately begin making it — they just pushed it into the queue like it had just been placed. If an order is placed in advance, it should already be in the queue or close to ready by the time someone arrives. The whole process defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
