Nothing special about this establishment, ran by people that don't wanna do their jobs correctly and constantly messes up food, absolutely none of our food was filled up properly, given only a tiny amount of meat in the burritos. Ontop of that they were NOT rolled correctly and extremely messy.

I just left Taco Bell with my family & my little brother is allergic to cheese & they still made his borito with chesse so when I went back in to get it remade & a refund for that taco they still gave me another one with cheese on it so when I called them to tell them because I already left their phone was off the hook . Horrible service

Best customer service Iāve had in quite some time. This Taco Bell went above and beyond when I made the mistake of ordering through the app at a different location. They made my order for free even after I told them I would just go and pick up my order from the location I had placed the order at. The manager insisted that I not worry about it, and with in a few minutes, handed me my order. I will definitely be coming to your location as often as possible. Thank you for everything!!!

Iāve made it a habit to drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell for years, yet recently they keep getting my orders wrong and literally because Iām on a special diet messing up my health.
Spoke to them about it personally the last time and they fixed it the one time, but went back again and they gave me some food that spiked the crap out of my blood sugar because they didnāt fix it correctly. They gave me a burrito with just rice when Iād put āeasy riceā and I paid extra for extra beans for protein.

First time visiting the Burleson location. It wasn't clean, but not necessarily dirty either. Maybe just slightly neglected is a better term. The gentleman who delivered the order was kind and friendly. 2 of many things that don't exist too much anymore. Anyway, taco bell has kind of set the bar for negative ratings, but lately they've gone up imo.

Food is either good or eh thereās never amazing, last time my chips tasted like old oil and were half n half stale/old, but most of the time I get helped quickly by whoever is behind the counter but obviously food quality needs help. And the inside is usually dirty with the drink machine always a mess and wet, always fast though never more than 10mins waiting.
They are always super slow and rude at this location. Itās worth it to drive to the Evans location.
