100% absolutely love all of the drinks! And the employees are all so very very sweet! However. I do not like the point system.The first time we went, we told the girl it was our first time and she kindly and very sweetly helped me find my new favorite drink but nothing about signing up. It wasn't until my 3rd visit that I was told there was a point system. After joining I found out why it was never mentioned. The points expire before you have a chance to use them and
