It is very difficult to pay almost $100 for a ham they will not let you see before you spend the money! Also, the personnel was not aware of the difference between a ham butt and a ham shank as she tried to give me the shank when I requested a butt! If for food safety reasons, they do not allow you to see the ham they should at least wrap it in a clear wrapping so the customer can examine it before they purchase such an expensive item. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years,...
