Rudest person ever ugly attitude ugly personality I paid over $55 dollars obviously I’m going to check & make sure I have what I ordered I can count right and She had an attitude once I told her nicely I was missing something and she acted like it was the worse thing ever do better lady if you don’t like your job BYE? been here 20+ times no problem. now they wanna charge 75 cents per sauce for my burger. just ask them for a refund and they’ll give you sauce. i’m spending 16$ for a burger and fries… you going to charge for napkins too?

well manager is rude as hell and has a bad ass attitude for no reason. whoever is making the food in the back cannot cook nor make burritos example, the cheese its not even melted and the egg taste weird. its all half assed. the drink machine is absolutely disgusting.

I live less than 5 minutes from here and our food was cold and old The nuggets and fries were all cold. The burger patty was also extremely cold. Very upset we paid $70 for us to eat cold old food

This was my absolute worst experience with fast food. This location has some of the rudest employees in food service around. If I didn't have to give you any stars then it would actually be a zero. The lady working the drive-thru obviously doesn't like her job and it showed in her attitude. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Now when I pulled off and got home with my order I realized that not one single thing I ordered was correct. I ordered six piece chicken nuggets, chili cheese baked potato and an order of the Pull-A-Part cinnabon. What I got was zero chicken nuggets, a baked potato with cheese on it and the Pull-A-Part cinnabon was a stale chunk of cinnamon roll that look like it had cooked a little bit too long and I think it was just a glob smeared against the side of the container. I immediately tried to call the restaurant and it just rang and rang and rang. Now I understand stuff happens in food service because I've worked it for many years and the excuse of them being busy won't fit this scenario because I was the only person in the Drive-Thru and the only person in the entire restaurant. I never got a hold of anybody at that restaurant and even today it's still just rings. Absolute worst customer service and worst experience in fast food ever. It was a waste of time and a waste of money.

This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered on the dinner shift and the 2nd time we got STALE BUNS! Not only that but our order was wrong . The chilly cheese fries were watery. Our order was not ready for pick up when the app said it was so our drinks were watery and our food for some odd reason was cold. The workers there have no haste or care in their work.
This location needs a serious restructure on work ethic and how to perform their roles.
Never eating here again.

I have never been the type to write reviews but man…it has been EVERY single time that I go to this Wendy’s location these workers are so absolutely rude! Different people everytime and yet every single person is so rude!!! I have always been taught to treat people with kindness and yet these workers make you feel like you are forcing them to be there against their own will. I don’t have high expectations for fast food restaurants but they have to do better….
