I have never been the type to write reviews but man…it has been EVERY single time that I go to this Wendy’s location these workers are so absolutely rude! Different people everytime and yet every single person is so rude!!! I have always been taught to treat people with kindness and yet these workers make you feel like you are forcing them to be there against their own will. I don’t have high expectations for fast food restaurants but they have to do better….

My daughter and I went thru the drive thru Monday night about 11:30ish.
I ordered a 6 pc nugget,med fries and large sweet tea. The lady asked if I wanted spicy nuggets and I said "No." She repeated my order. Then she asked if I wanted anything else and I said "Yes". My daughter then tried to order a #3 with a large Dr Pepper. There was about a minute of silence before the lady said "Hello?" And my daughter repeated her order. She gave us a total of $10.53, which we both thought was a bit low with what we ordered. We get to the window and she repeats the total. And I asked her if that included the 6 pc nugget,fries and tea and she said ok and then came back with a total of $14 and some change. She handed us the Dr.Pepper and a bag with the #3 and a 6 pc nugget....no med fries and no sweet tea. We asked about the med fries and sweet tea and she looked confused and said she didn't understand. She gave us the fries and tea. Although she seemed pretty annoyed at us,even though she was the one getting everything messed up. Before we left the parking lot we checked to make sure everything was right. That's when realized she had given us an unsweet tea,instead of sweet tea. So we went back to the window and told her about the mix up,and she said they didn't have any sweet tea. Something she could've told us that when we first ordered it. The entire time,she seemed completely annoyed by us. When we got home, we both discovered she had given us spicy nuggets that neither of us could eat. Needless to say,this was a very disappointing visit and most likely our last.

Don't waste your time…TERRIBLE SERVICE! I stopped by late at night and they said — they were only accepting cash, is that ok? I said yes, pulled up to get my receipts and food and asked for my receipt and she looked surprised and went to the back for like 10 minutes and came back with a receipt.…….finally
THEN I GOT HOME TO EAT, and I opened up the oldest, driest, hardest-to-eat day old Chicken sandwich I have ever had.

I went to pick up a order for a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal and ended up waiting 20 minutes and being told to go around and wait for the order to be ready just for them to never come out and when I went through the drive-through again they told me it was ready at the second window.

The food was hot but lacked taste. I seriously had to look for the meat but the tasteless meat was there. Fries made good with no salt. But the place is filthy on the inside. If I had used the bathroom before my order I would have left sooner without ordering. That bathroom was absolutely disgusting with urine and … all over the floor and the toilet. So freaking gross I almost threw up. I regret eating at this nasty disgusting place. What happened to Wendy’s? It used to be good. Not this one. Yuck! 🤮

Nobody in drive thru at 2:26pm. Pulled up and was told to wait, continued to wait for five minutes before I finally placed my order. Single burger with a lemonade, simple…wrong. Pulled up to the window to be just started at and I had to confirm I was paying for my own order then after posting went to the second window where the manager on shift TOSSED MY FOOD AT ME. Burger is dog food on crusty dry bread. How disappointing.

Unbelievable! TV ads for Salted Caramel Frosty! The signs at the register are for Salted Caramel Frosty! They close at midnight. It's 9PM! An employee was breaking down the Salted Caramel Frosty Machine. Said it would take 20 minutes to get it started again! I said I'd wait 20 minutes. After ten minutes no one had touched the machine. I asked if they were actually going to. Then the manager said they are out...and that they won't have any more...ever! Now I'm waiting for the manager to come back to explain to me why they told me that they broke the machine down, when, really, they're out and it's not ever coming back! But, really...is that just another lie. Wendy's! Get better management! Don't advertise on Sunday Night Football in a Dallas Market during a DALLAS GAME...if you can't deliver! I hate pathetic customer service! This is pathetic customer service! I would hate for someone to lose their job the week of Christmas! But you need to fire this entire crew! Worthless!
