moved to burleson in september and wendy’s is my favorite fast food chain so was super excited for this one so close to home, ive never had a bad experience with customer service always great, even with them allowing changes on salads (i prefer a spicy filet instead of grilled on my parm caesar salads and some wendy’s won’t do that) and tonight we decided to order out some nuggets, uber doesn’t have the ability to ask for ghost pepper ranch so we called the store to see if they could possibly put in some instead of the original sauce we asked for, the girl on the phone had no problem following through when she got the order and we received our sauce and delicious spicy nuggets ?

Pulled up in drive thru...sat for at least 5 minutes... was asking if anyone was there nobody answered...we left and parked...they helped the person right after us. I do not live in burleson! I wasted a trip for nothing! Would give zero stars if I could!

Deserves 0 stars, did a mobile food order to go, upon getting home all the food was just thrown in the bag, burgers and chicken sandwiches falling out of the wrapper tomatoes , cheese, and pickles laying in the bag, was also missing my order of large fries as well, terrible service everyone working the shift tonight take no pride in their jobs or providing customer service. Owner and managers need to evaluate current employees, because they are performing poorly. Waste of $50 next time I'll take my business elsewhere, I see now why this Wendy's parking lot is always empty.

Used to always have good service and accurate orders u til recently. Now they just give the wrong items and steal money from customers by not even putting items you paid for in the bag. Last 3 times I've been, I get home and my order is wrong with missing items. Completely unacceptable for the price they charge to be making these mistakes.

Ordered a #1 single and a pecan apple salad. The single was not cooked all the way, fries were terrible and did not receive the side of pecans for the salad. Very poor service and food!
