Do you know how to make fries or onions rings that aren’t soggy? The food here is a joke and I hate wasting my money hoping it’ll taste better one day.

Very friendly location! It can get really busy in the morning, so if you are grabbing breakfast on the way to work, give yourself some extra time.

Larence R was my cashier and he was phenomenal. Extremely nice and very friendly! He walked around and checked on me after I got my food as well.
The food came out fast and was very, very fresh and hot! They were actively keeping up on housekeeping as I ate and the entire restaurant was spotless and very well kept. I couldn’t have been happier with my visit, I can’t wait to come back! I drive past several Whataburger locations just to visit this one, and I don’t think I’ll stop coming back any time soon!

On Friday 12/12/25 @ 8 am, I drove into the Burleson Whataburger drive-through lane one. Nobody ever greeted us at the speaker and after sitting there for a few minutes, another car drove up and pulled into the second lane, and immediately his order was taken. So we thought maybe there’s something wrong with the intercom for the first lane, so we reversed and pulled into the second lane. Just silence nobody ever greeted or said anything so after sitting there for a minute, I said good morning and she immediately responded with “be with you in a minute” So as we were still waiting, a car pulled into the first lane, and their order was immediately taken. Since the customer service was horrible, it couldn’t have gotten any better so we reversed (AGAIN) and left. This is so frustrating because I wasted time waiting there only to not have my order taken or even be addressed. I’m pretty sure this review will fall on deaf ears at Whataburger but maybe it will prevent others from having the same experience. Not sure what’s going on with this location but it’s been in shambles for a while now.

I looked at the reviews before I came and gave it the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT COME HERE. Ordered through the app using reward points for patty melt and medium fries. Place was empty. Only received the patty melt NOT the fries.

The employees they staff the front counter with are the slowest and most inept of the bunch. Some of them mean well and do try, but there’s one nasty, Goblin of a human being named Nancy that just shouts NO when you ask her for help.

This place has fallen so far from what it used to be. I’ve lived locally all my life and spent money here for years but they show they no longer want mine. They used to have a manager named Crystal that did a great job and ever since they got rid of her the place has turned to crap.

I visited Whataburger on my way to the Burleson Farmers Market and decided to order a breakfast sandwich. To my dismay, the lobby was empty, and I waited 8 frustrating minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Once my order was finally taken, I faced another 20-minute wait for my sandwich. This disappointing experience has now repeated twice in a row at this location! Honestly, I won’t be returning again. It's unacceptable service!
