The owners and staff were absolutely amazing, I was blessed enough to have met a rep for placencia and both him and the owner helped me pick out a perfect match for my flavor pallet. my current top 3 cigars have came from the recommendations from this shop amazing selection and people 10/10*

This is the go to cigar lounge for my friends and I. The staff is amazing and super friendly (I’m not here super often, but they still know all of us by name which is a testament to how awesome the staff is). They have a good selection of cigars, with good variety at various price points. They also have designated staff suggestions and knowledgeable staff right next to the humidor room for anyone that isn’t versed in cigars. The drinks are excellent, and they do some really cool seasonal specials. I can’t really speak on their food because I’ve never gotten food here. The atmosphere is very nice, with various seating options at the bar, tables with couches, tables with chairs, an outdoor patio, and a members lounge which a day pass can be purchased for a reasonable price (it is well worthwhile as they have a little theater setup, a video game setup if that’s what your into, and plenty of amenities). 5 stars, this establishment has my loyalty as a customer.
Parking: They have plenty of free parking in front of the lounge

I stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting and being served by the owner Mr Siegele and it was amazing! He not only recommended too someone who has been smoking close to 40 yrs but he personally took interest in making sure my experience was 5 star ! Being retired and them taking care of first responders means a great deal as well ! I can say enough about this place ! It is the biggest hidden gem I’ve seen in Texas and I live bi coastal! I recommend 💯 and Ms Siegel is a rock star when it comes to service and quality! Thank you for the great experience! Ret Huck

I have been here since day 0ne, they have never failed to meet expectations. Their efforts to keep my fav smoke sticks on the shelves is to be praised. Kim works hard to keep the drink menu varied with many that are found only here. The atmosphere is pleasant, and in keeping with the 21+ crowd. Check in often for the event flavor of the month.

I have been going there for a while to buy my cigars but yesterday , as soon as i entered the cigar room to get a couple sticks for my weekend, the young employee with long black hair was staying right behind me like my shadow even following me quietly like i was a shoplifter….. This never happened before and i bought three cigars leaving kinda humiliated and fustrated. I don’t know if i will ever come back. Big Dave on Camp Bowie does not treat customers like that…..

Staff is very knowledgeable. First time in, I received a tour of the entire facility including humidor, bar and members lounge. I was greeted and educated about brands I was unfamiliar with. The atmosphere is remarkable. There is so much space to relax alone or have a good size social gathering. The selection of cigars is wonderful. They had my favorite brand, which is somewhat niche, and many more I’d never heard of along side all the classics. There was some remarkable artwork made of cigar labels, tvs, lounge chairs, and plenty of attentive staff. This will be my primary source of cigars.
