Placed my order on Door Dash at 6:34. After multiple dashers and a final cancelation at 8:07, I still have no food. They wouldn't answer the phone and their voice-mail is full. I tried giving this location a 2nd chance, but they simply don't care whether you get your food, let alone, are even happy at all. There will not be a 3rd try. I just hope others avoid supporting this business.

Seriously in a world full of customer service that has been shot to hell, This place nailed the customer service tonight. Not only was the place clean and inviting Everyone that we interacted with Polite and had a great attitude. The customer service really was top-notch. As a person who has their own business and has managed many other businesses it is important to have a great customer service. These guys certainly had their act together and I hope the owner or manager is proud of this team.

Took 31 minutes to make a chicken sandwich, unbelievable! When I finally received my order and asked to speak to the manager, a young girl came to the front (already with a defensive demeanor) and became argumentative with me and stated I didn’t wait long. I began to show her my receipt with the order being made at 11:01am and now it was 11:32am. She said it’s not her problem and pointed at her corporate phone number on the wall and said I could call them if I want and walked away from me. Wow! Completely unprofessional.

We love the Louisiana dry rub and the ranch oml such good food
ordered from here 2 or 3 times now. The wings are always decent. My complaint is the fries. I don't remember any other Wingstop having this bad of fries and its obvious they don't pay attention to their reviews because I'm not the first to complain about it. They are constantly UNDERCOOKED or at least taste like it, no matter which variation of their fries I try. pretty sure fries are suppose to have some form of crispiness to them.. these are always floppy, overly soft, and gross. fixing to put mine in my air fryer to fix them.. hopefully
