Whoever the little girl is up front is rude. I came in said pick up for Makayla she said I can’t hear you and I said it again and she rolled her eyes with no expression on her face. Maybe if the music wasn’t blasting you could hear babe. Chicken was undercooked and mid. Get better workers please.

Writing so the owner can know. I'm sitting in the restaurant while my family eats their meal at home because they made my order wrong. I had to come back to get part of the order redone. I called ahead but there is no urgency. We planned to watch a movie together while eating Wingstop. Now half the family eats while I sit in a restaurant for 20 min waiting on a remake. No rapology from staff. They don't even seem to be hurrying. Making bag after bag while I sit here. How do I not get the jump the line on food being made? Mistakes happen but how you respond to your mistakes matters.

I ordered through the app. The app was acting funny on part of my order. At the restaurant Bri (Briana) informed me that the app had been giving others a little trouble. She quickly had the staff make what I couldn't order on the app. She even gave me some tips on how to save extra money on the app. She was super polite and professional. Mutual respect in action! Thanks Burleson Wingstop.
Never had a bad meal here at all but side note. Shout to the manager Bri for handling the rude Dasher this evening! Great management skills and you handled it professionally when he lacked basic common sense! Keep Up The Great Work!

Seriously, these boneless wings are ridiculously good. They're crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I could probably eat a whole mountain of them. Dipping sauces are great, but honestly, they don't even need it. Definitely a must-try if you're looking for a tasty snack.
