This is my first time giving a review because I really don’t care but this incident just needs to be heard. I went in got a burger on that self checkout machine and no one cared to tell me that there fryer doesn’t work the employee said hello and everything and just proceeded to let me order while she knows that the fryer doesn’t work. Then right after I’m done ordering she tells me that they can’t serve me the burger I ordered due to the fryers not working. I asked for a refund and then the GM comes out saying I refused to listen because supposedly they asked me to go up front to order and she proceeds to deny me of my money saying it’s my fault. After a few minutes of her arguing asking me questions like if I worked if that would make me understand of them denying me of my money. The GM is a very disgusting and rude personality. The bright side is I got my money and May god bless her soul

I don't post reviews. I feel it is a MUST to share! We were at Burger King around 130ish. It was creepy. Only 2 staff members working. The women's bathroom was nasty. I waited to be greeted and someone to take my order nothing. I saw trash behind the counter on the floor like receipts and food all over the floor, and food layed out for preparation and unattended. I heard a female's voice taking drive through orders. It was probably 10 people in the resturant and maybe 4 were eatting. All of a sudden the female coworker running the drive through starts freaking out. Stating I can't do this anymore complaining legs hurting and no one showed up to work. Next she locks the door and walks back to kitchen. I asked her to let me out and she said you will have to wait. I was frightened! A gentleman pointed at another door for me to exit and it was locked too. A woman sitting down with crutches said she locked it a while ago and told me to go somewhere else for food. I came back to the counter saying I wanted out. A gentleman standing at door informed her it was illegal and against fire code She got salty with him. He said how about I call the PD. That's when she reluctantly unlocked the door and I left the resturant. I HAD AND have so much anxiety. I was afraid of what was happening.Beware!

I usually don’t do negative reviews, but this is awful. At first appearance.. dining room tables were dirty.. I should have listened to my gut… ordered anyway.. waited over20 minutes… two staff only!! Running the drive thru and dining room.. rediculous!!… I left.. without order.. no way Burger King… this is horrible

The workers seemed busy and worried about someone who wasn't there so breaks could happen. I get it so only took off one star. They were otherwise nice. The food on the other hand, dried out patty, no flavor, and onions on a jr burger(? Ew!) Plus given the wrong drink, wanted diet dp (the had none), asked for water, and got regular coke.
