“Finished a hike in Inks Lake State Park and saw this place was right down the road. So glad we went! The chicken fajita was amazing! I ordered one but probably could have eaten two :) Hubs got the chicken torta and Wow! He loved it! The most expensive item was $10 so super affordable! Take a chance on this taco stand if you’re close by! The two picnic tables were clean and shaded from the sun/elements!”

“Always looking for the tastiest mexican food... and we found it! beef enchilada gravy was delicious! Crispy beef taco seasoned perfectly. Refrieds, rice and tortillas were the best. We really enjoyed the very casual atmosphere. Just great food for a great price. No frills, no alcohol. We are going back tomorrow to try something else on the menu.”

“This place is inside of the best stop gas station. The food is awesome. I usually get the burrito and it’s huge and delicious. They close at 4 so not an option for dinner really. Everything my family has ordered from there has been excellent. So glad to have them just down the road from the Lake.”

The experts behind the counter always provide excellent recommendations and go above and beyond to ensure that my order is to my liking. Only once have I had to return a drink, and they were apologetic and expeditiously provided me with the correct drink. The employees are the true stars here and elevate the atmosphere and experience.”

“I have eaten here hundreds of times. And the service as
well as the food is always great. However, today I went through the drive. And my food was cold, there were no sauces. (I specifically asked for my food to be heated as well as salsa and mustard to be added). The girl seemed bothered I even asked.

Ended up throwing away my cold taco. That also seemed to be wet? Condensation perhaps. But wet bread is gross.”

“This is our go-to place for breakfast. Other places claim to have the “best chicken fried steak in Texas” but I have tried them all. THIS IS THE BEST TASTING CHICKEN FRIED STEAK ANYWHERE. PERIOD. The ladies here are great and the food is consistently good here. Keep up the good work guys!!!”

“The seating isn't great, but man, the breakfast is! Lunch/dinner is ok. The staff is usually very friendly, and they serve fresh corn or flour tortillas with your meal and real coffee. Not the keurig stuff. It's the best mexican food in town.

Parking: 2 huge lots in the back. They have more parking than they can seat inside”
