“We eat here a lot, enjoy it. But at 2:10 today, after ordering and heading to the iced tea we noticed both sweet and unsweetened empty. Told the lady up front and she said we close at 3 and we won't be making more tea. I said, that's it? She replied yip. After sitting down I heard two other couples venting about it. I'm certain ownership does not really have a policy like that, it's always well run until today.“

“Just came to get some late night blizzards with my young kids. I ordered our food being kind and courteous saying please and thank you and then was proceeded to be told "you don't have to F-ing (she said the word) yell at me bro" I was not yelling, but was speaking loudly so she could hear me over my loud vehicle. Either way, cursing at me was NOT necessary, especially with my children in the vehicle. I'm so disappointed in this company if this is their standard of customer service.“

“Jose in the drive through was an absolute delight to be served by. He said “My name is Jose and I’m happy to be here with you today.” He really set the tone for my day in the most positive way. He was thorough in confirming our order. Isabelle at the pickup window confirmed our order as well. The carmel iced coffee I ordered was made to perfection! I’ve always experienced inconsistencies when ordering this item at other locations. This was the best experience I’ve EVER had at McDonalds!“
