First time here. I’ve been lethargic lately. Was made a tea yesterday with protein and not only did it boost my energy for the day, but also for the following day. No jitters either! I’ll be a returning customer.
Super yummy shakes and teas! Wonderful alternative to energy drinks and good for pre or post work out or just to get some extra nutrition! Tug (the owner) is very knowledgeable about his product and is always friendly. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike, one of the owners, and he made a delicious strawberry banana shake for me. They use real fruit. It’s the best smoothie I’ve had and I will be back again. Thank you Mike!
