Took a while for me to get my food, then when I got to work I saw this... like come on not a full piece of chicken. I get there's a rush but come on. And the fries weren't even cooked all the way. The sweet tea was the only thing that i was okay with. Then she didnt even give me my receipt for my points crumpled it and just threw it in the trash, no have a nice day or nothing. I hope they have better days.

The Dairy Queen in Llano, TX is a good one. Prompt and friendly service. Tried a Ranch burger with the fried jalapeños, it was fantastic!

Just came to get some late night blizzards with my young kids. I ordered our food being kind and courteous saying please and thank you and then was proceeded to be told "you don't have to F-ing (she said the word) yell at me bro" I was not yelling, but was speaking loudly so she could hear me over my loud vehicle. Either way, cursing at me was NOT necessary, especially with my children in the vehicle. I'm so disappointed in this company if this is their standard of customer service.
I like the ice creams the best!! It everything I’ve ate has always been good and fresh.

First time visit... nobody was at the till and when they saw us, they past us a few times.... so we had a 9 minute wait to be served nobody else was in front of us.... then we waited for mediocre food a further 5 minutes.... sadly we won't return, but you never know... they could have just been having a bad day!?!?
