Impressed!!! Spur of the moment pizza run (cause no delivery options to Buchanan Dam) to the Burnet location late one Friday night. Warmly greeted upon entry into the ordee/pickup area. The delishious aroma of fresh baked bread, garlic, onion & Italian spices filled the air. The staff was helpful with menu options & suggestions. My order was ready to go in just minutes & I didn't have to ask for pizza condiments, napkins or plates! They were offered & included as our food was prepared to carry out. The price was reasonable but the BEST PART of this Dominoes Pizza experience was without a doubt how DELICIOUS our food was!!! Dominoes has definitely put the time & effort into vampire their menu AND the TASTE & QUALITY of their pizza & various Menu items!!We enjoyed our food soo much it now is our 1st choice for Pizza Night!!Would have given 5 stars if had delivery to Buchanan Dam !Parking: Parking lot shared with neighboring businesses in a small shopping center like area on the corner of a major intersection.

My order was not delivered & I was still charged.The delivery driver never delivered my order, they returned to the store & checked my order as delivered. I got an email from domino's apologizing about the issue. And I just now realized I never got a refund.

I ordered pizza, garlic knots, cinnamon twists and sprite. When the order got here, we noticed we were missing the sprite.I ran out there to tell them I was missing the sprite and they were going to go back and get it, but they never came back, so service could be better. Food did not come with any sauces, but overall the food was good, service was meh.

Domino's used to be my go-to pizza place because I know it's made fresh but over the last year of ordering from now to quality and accuracy has dropped. Now anytime we order pizza I have to recut my pizzas when I get home if I pick up the order up in store 95% of the chance its not going to be the right order ever since they stop labeling the boxes. And anytime we order cinnamon twists they never put enough cinnamon on them so it just comes out just regular bread.

I am very disappointed with the Dominos crew. They used to make the food so well and lately it seems like they can’t even get simple orders right I mean look at my garlic bread bites they didn’t even put the butter on it. Lol.
I ordered food and didn't get all of of my food and then they wanted me to give them my security code for my card to get a refund for the food I didn't get when I told them no they said they would not give me a refund so they can steal money off my card

Decent place to have delivered. Most of the time the pizza is made fairly well. Delivery is usually prompt. Prices for what you get are about as absurd as everywhere else so I can't say you get what you pay for lol but the delivery drivers are pretty much always friendly. So when you can't cook or simply don't want to , it's not a horrible option.

Orders are made quick and prompt. I've had more than 1 order not made correctly or arrive completely wrong, but they always offer a replacement right away or comp me for next time I order.

I usually get food before my shift and today I went to dominoes for a change. I had my uniform on and the guy at the counter said “I know you don’t get this a lot, but thank you for your service” and it made my day! So 10/10

Ordered over the phone and was told the total was twice as much as it normally was (always order the same thing) and it wasn't until I mentioned the cost was unusually high did they apply the coupon (which a was a $20 difference)Also left our gate wide open even though I've told them multiple times to either call at the gate or close the gate behind them.
