My daughter and I come here once a week for “donut day.” The staff is always so welcoming, the donuts are so fresh and the best anywhere around here! We love the boudin kolaches, ham and cheese croissants, their double chocolate muffins! It’s the best little donut shop I’ve ever been to. Plus they make the cutest holiday donuts too. My daughter looks forward to coming by every week.

I was an hour away from home driving through Burnet and stopped here to get a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. What a disappointment! The salad was mostly mayonnaise as there was NO hint of actual chicken in the mix. It was disgusting. I threw it back in the bag and in the trash when I finally got home. This place used to be pretty good but not sure how they can serve what they are serving as chicken salad because it's not.

The sign says $11 a dozen. I ordered 4 dozen donuts for my kids Christmas parties. They charged me $88. They charged me double. It should have been $44. When ordering they never said they were jacking up the price. Be careful ordering from them they change the prices without notice.

Unfortunately with the new management, service has been horrible. I asked for a chicken salad salad and some chicken salad sandwiches then she proceeded to ask if I wanted the salads with lettuce? (Not sarcastically by the way, I was just a little confused with the question) I said it was a salad so shouldn’t it already come with lettuce? She seemed annoyed and then asked if that was it, I said yes and she said ok and hung up this is not the first time I’ve come across this kind of service with them but I try to support local businesses but this is getting to be a little to much and unfortunately may not be as supporting them much longer. I really hope they take the time to review these comments to better improve their business.

They list roast beef on menu board, but don't actually have it, they don't bother to LISTEN to what customer is ordering, talk so fast with heavy accent you cannot understand them. Didn't put the lid securely on styrofoam cup, so when it was picked up....ice went everywhere. Very clean, but....LISTEN, DON'T ANTICIPATE what the customer is going to say! One women was talking on the phone constantly, talking so loud you could not enjoy the food if you sat down. Don't think we'll be making that mistake again.

10/10 ⭐️. I’ve been going here off and on for over 15 years. This establishment has only gone uphill👍 if your visiting the area and want some reliable kolaches or donuts or BOTH, check out Gudes Bakery & Deli! As for Pedro:)

Parking: All in all they probably support close to 15 parking spots give or take a few. They also have a drive through.
I went to Gude's this morning and ordered 4 big kolaches. I received 4 small kolaches I Pointed out the woman's mistake and gave her money to pay the difference between the small and large kolaches. She charged me for both. I told her she Should Have given me a credit. For what I had paid I didn't Order the small kolaches. That was her mistake.She refused to refund me and by this point had charged me for 8 kolaches. I will never go back and warn everyone for this dishonesty! Since when does the customer pay for the Employees mistake? I was told that the manager was out and there was nothing they could do To help me! I will never support this business again.!

I just purchased 2 jumbo jalapeno kolaches, 4 small cheese kolaches, 1 donut with sprinkles and 1 cinnamon roll donut. The bill was $25.99!! I'm certain they overcharged me but the cashier refused to give me an itemized receipt. What a rip off!!! This will be my last visit to Gude's....
