A wonderful country buffet with a 25 year history at the same location. The staff is super friendly and the food is made in house.. hometown cooking at its finest! The desert is outstanding, especially their bread pudding 😁 so good! Their ribs were perfectly tender and juicy. Delicious ingredients on the salad bar. The hot food selections were Sunday afternoon favorites. We will definitely be back when we return to Marble Falls again.
The food was ok. The salad honestly tasted like expired lettuce. I had to pick through the salad because there were slimmy pieces in there. The service was terrible. No one came to ask for our drink order. We sat down and waited about 10 mins as the bartender and 2 different waitresses walked past us several times. My husband finally waved down a lady who immediately came over and apologized for no one taking our order. I believe she was the actual owner. She was amazing. She...
From out of town, so this was my first time eating at Highlander. Buffet was great, staff was super friendly, and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back to eat in the future.
