Burgers were not up to temp. McRib tasted very strange. Fries were twice as salty as normal. Window attendant was staring at me with a weird look on his face. Not going back.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been in, in a long time
I came here after working hoping to have a delicious Big Mac, but unfortunately this was not the case. I had ordered 2 baskets of fries, a Big Mac meal with a large fry and 2 Buffalo along with 2 sweet and sour. I got the baskets of fries out of all of that. Extremely sad when I get home in Kingsland to find I will not be having a Big Mac. Hopefully next I go through I can get at least half the order. :(

Every time we go here it is wrong This time specifically we went and were missing a burger and one was wrong so we went through and she treated us like criminals claiming that they “had given us extra burgers” when I said there was no extra burgers in there she very rudely told us to give her the bag and pulled all the food out touching it without gloves so who knows if her hands her clean when she realized there were no extra burgers we didn’t even get so much as an apology. They finally brought one burger back the same so it had to be sent back again and they still didn’t give us the other burger finally we get the burgers and head home they’re still wrong and all of our food is cold. I call the manager and they won’t do anything other than talk to their staff which sounds to me like they’re blowing me off.

We went in to order our food and the young lady got all our orders wrong and I repeated myself quite a few times. Manager was not very kind and rude. I was being as patient as possible. These McDonald’s workers need to be better trained and it starts with the manager. Do better !!
I understand this is fast food but come on! The burger had absolutely none of the condiments that it’s supposed to come with other than a little squirt of mustard. Do not waste your money at this place.

I get excellent service every time I walk in that door. By far is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. My French fries are always hot. They were wonderful. I like that the parking lot is always spotless. Really nice staff always happy and smiling. But I wouldn't expect anything less from McDonald's in Burnet Texas.???

I don’t go to McDonalds often but when I do they seem to always get my order wrong. This McDonalds in particular. My order is a hit and spicy plain. I’ve ordered other items off the menu and the same thing happens. It always comes with mayo, lettuce , onions, etc. exactly what I ask them to leave off my meal. If this were once or twice I would understand but this is an ongoing issue. So to any picky eaters like myself I would advise against ordering here, or stick to something like chicken nuggets they can’t mess those up.

It's mcdonald's let's face it. Also this location forgot sauces for nuggets and 2 drinks. Had to ask for the drinks and didn't notice the suace till we were half way home. I know, we should have checked but you really shouldn't have to when all they have to do is read the ticket all the way.
