Brilliant customer service! We visited after seeing the free pizza deal for kids advertised outside and the customer service was excellent staff were attentive and the food was quick and tasted great! TVs also made for great entertainment.

I walked into this place around seven to pick up an order I had phoned in and there were three people in there working and no customers and it took five minutes for anybody to even recognize me. I rarely post reviews, the food is good. The service sucks at least on this occasion.

My daughter requests a cheesless personal pan pizza. They get it right every time.
After waiting 30 minutes for a personal pan cheese pizza, cheesy breads sticks and a salad... you'd think they have better manners and would at least cut the pizza. Don't pay before you get your food! We wouldn't have tipped for that horrible experience.

My husband ordered a large pan pizza today (9/18) at 7:10pm. They called and said “we don’t have anymore large pan pizza, and usually we will give you 2 medium pan pizzas for the inconvenience but we have been doing this so much that now we are out of medium pan pizzas” so he said well what do you have and they said they have regular and thin. He was like okay regular (after already waiting 20+ mins for his original order) and they then said okay it will take 20 mins to make. From time of order 7:10 to time of pickup for ONE large pizza 8pm, without them being sympathetic, just rude. Marble falls pizza hut is always on point. Friendly, communicative, apologetic. Not like it’s the person who is ordering faults that they ran out of a certain pizza dough. The restaurant closes at 10. Why would they tell him that hey ran out of a certain pizza dough 3 hours before closing instead of just making more? We will never order from there again. They did give him a $1 discount hahahaha. Trash.

Why does it always stink so bad at this place? I’m a delivery driver and absolutely hate picking up from here because my clothes and hair stink for the rest of the day after being inside for only a couple minutes. It’s like their grease traps and extractors have never been professionally cleaned since the building was built! It’s so incredibly foul! I guarantee you’ll smell it when you walk inside.

Ordered online and it said ready in 20 minutes. Total chaos inside…family inside still waiting for their order. Delivery driver waiting on pizza so he could deliver. Restaurant was just filthy. But only 3 people working. Customer was requesting money back because of the long wait time. It took an hour to get my pizza. Disastrous.

It's old and dated. The staff doesn't pick up after the services are paid for they leave it sitting out there for 20-30 minutes it's just gross the bathrooms are disgusting and there's only one employee in there that I ever did like an elderly woman her name was I think Mary. She was kind and friendly and courteous and respectful unlike the rest of the staff there. Did y'all pick at the bottom of the barrel to come up with that crew

There was 3 of us waiting at counter and a man walks in and asked who is wanting to place an order and so I raised my hand and he said he was not taking any orders. The reason was because someone had quit on him and then he pointed to the side and said he is new, that employee was just standing there on the side.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza got it home NO stuffed crust. Called and the manager couldnt even get on the phone. I see why this Pizza Hut has the rating they have. You might consider getting a different manager.
