We drove out to eat at Porky’s on a referral on how good it was. The brisket sandwich was delicious with big chunks of meat. Owner and staff were friendly and great. Well worth stopping by…delicious.

The brisket sandwich was outstanding! This is without doubt my top three BBQ places I have ever experienced. Portion size is 3/4 lbs with the side of beans cooked perfectly and side of chips. Authentic flavor on every bite.

Outdoor place for amazing smoked BBQ! Lots of tables, live music when it's nice outside, friendly staff, good prices. And the BBQ is awesome! The beans were thick and flavorful, with chunks of meat. I had a brisket sandwich and my wife had the loaded baked potato, both were delicious. Worth the short drive from Burnett, TX.
Staying at Canyon of the Eagles this weekend (great place) and my husband saw this place on Google. I’m always down for bbq - walking up, my mouth started watering because the smells were **amazing** Simple seating with picnic tables and awnings The owner and friend were jovial and friendly The food… hands down, best Bar-B-Que I’ve had since we came to Texas. Flat out. The sauces were amazing The “beans on the house” were the ‘stick to your ribs, meaty’ type The pulled pork sandwich had layers of flavor, the meat moist and delicious. Then the ribs fell off the bones and we were blown away by their texture and (can I use flavor again??). The sauces were the best I’ve had from the Carolina’s through Tennessee and Mississippi to Texas. We actually talked him out of a bottle! (Made my husband so happy!!)
Definitely worth a stop, but come at 11! They cook Friday through Saturday morning and, once they sell out, they’re done. (Usually by 1:00pm, says Randy).

Parking: Plenty of parking up front or across the street.

Good band: The Four Wisemen! Friends of ours! Needed more wait staff taking orders & helping prepare food. Atmosphere was great.
Parking: Due to location of restaurant & outdoor set ups/tables/covered areas & etc, I was unaware of any formal parking lot at all.
Porky’s is a great spot to unwind, and have some great bbq with your friends and family. Great value too. Portions are generous. You won’t leave hungry!
