Ordered on app, waited 7 minutes past time it stated order would be ready. Lady brought order out, read it off receipt.....all was right. Get home, (live out of town), and opened bag to find they had one of 2 sandwiches ordered and NO fries. $20.12 for something I didn't order!! ALWAYS SOMETHING AT THIS SONIC!! DONE!! GET SOME BETTER HELP!!

Ordered the bacon double cheeseburger came out without bacon, as I was eating the burger I kept finding small pieces of either bone or white hard plastic I couldn't tell, the waitress was really sweet so I gave the service five stars in the atmosphere I mean it's Sonic but I think they could do a lot better on the burger meat quality,

I door dash orders from the Burnet location. The app tells me to go into the Sonic to announce myself. The employees treat me badly for coming into the store. The food is NEVER ready and I usually spend 20 minutes there waitng for the order. I was told that they do not take the order to the car because we do not tip. UPDATE: Now when I go to this location I am treated badly and called names. I do not appreciate the negativity I received from the staff when I am just providing a service for the community. I will be in contact with your corporate offices to complain about certain managers. I have one question... How come when someone complains you don't provide a number to call to fix the issue?

the carhops are super friendly, the managers are amazing and sweet, the food was super yummy and fast. love that place. definitely recommend
The burger was so salty.I could literally taste nothing but salt.I could not eat it.It was so salty , but my dogs enjoyed it. And I don't know how they can call this drink limeaide, it's all it is sprite. They don't even try to fake it up by adding green coloring.It's just pure sprite. Limeaid is not carbonated in case those idiots don't know. I would not have ordered it, had I known it was carbonated and merely sprite. They should be ashamed!. The tatertots with cheese were good. The lady who took my order was rude, However the man who brought my order was very nice. Overall , I would not eat here or nor at any other sonic again unless I was starving. And now since I gave my dinner to the dogs i'm going to go somewhere else and get something decent to eat.

First and only Sonic with a dine in section we’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it smelled so funky like a bathroom in the dining section so we ended up deciding to get our food to go. But at least the food was and hot and the service was friendly.
Everything is fairly well as far as fast food goes but I am pleased with the change in the pickles this time around the last change was weird like a knock off cheap version but the bread and butter kind, yum ? i havent been tona sonic lovation yet in central Texas that has jad a rude carhop though I have been one and have had days where I myself had been a bit moody but so far I haven't had one come to my window
