My star bucks cashier was so friendly and nice and helped me choose a good sugar free iced coffee and it was yummy with banana soft top! Than a perfect mocha cookie crumble dairy free with a extra shot of espresso for the tired fiance!

Horrible service from the woman with tattoos and black hair. I ordered a chai tea latte. Very watered down with no Chai flavor. I went back to ask for it to be remade. She was rude and stated I made it the same way I did the last one. She doesn't need to work there if she can't be kind to customers. No one gets it right all of the time. Which is understandable. But a nasty attitude and rudeness is not the way to go. Ill never go back to this location.

Definitely doesn’t open when they say they do .. bc i pulled in right before whoever was opening today . I drive a hour to work & this is the only Starbucks to stop at without going out of my way .. so definitely was disappointed . Please update yalls hours or something bc i would have went out my way this morning seeing as i clock in at 5 am 😭
First of all, the cashier didn’t get any of our names right, second, several people behind me got their orders, so I went up to the counter and the guy didn’t even have my order and then they don’t even call your name out when your order is ready, they just put it on the counter, which one order had been sitting there for the 20 minutes we were there. Mind you, it wasn’t even busy.

With complete confidence in the quality and service this place offers, I decided to order a roasted black coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was just roasted black; the cashier only argued that they didn't offer sugar and cream on the side. Disappointed but hopeful, I went to the McDonald's next door to order sugar and cream, where they even gave me that for free.
