Staff is NOT senior citizen friendly. When asked to hand me a napkin, just pointed to napkin dispenser, my hands were full and I walk with a cane. Had difficulty opening the door to leave and two staff members just watched me struggle, I hope they got a good laugh out of watching an elderly woman struggle.

Tuna sandwich from this location had a smear of tuna on it. Was not even close to the picture or previous tuna sandwiches from other Subways. They are running the BOGO and I suggested to my wife we try it again at the Burnet location and she said she did want a tuna sandwich with 1/8 inch of tuna on it. I don’t know if this is a local problem or a corporate direction to the franchisee. May have to drive to Firehouse Subs where you receive a fully filled sandwich.

Apparently napkins are no longer a courtesy. You get your own napkins on pick up or to go orders and if you have it delivered well you’re out of luck. SMH…..

Food was good and the service was moderately at best. They have a pretzel now but no dips .. that’s crazy!
Stop by to grab a sandwich today they’re very busy, but the girls behind the counter were super efficient. Sandwich will make quickly and refresh and delicious. This is definitely the best subway in the area.

Twice we have ordered from the app and they got our orders wrong. This 2nd time I actually called them on it. We ordered wraps. First, neither was labeled so we had to completely unwrap them and at the time, I didn't realize there was no cheese or avocado, (even though our receipt shows I paid for them) until my husband saw they were missing. I called. They want us to bring them back in to write them off... Hello! We already ate half of it before we realized THEIR mistake.Where has customer service gone? When I called I just wanted to be reimbursed for the charge of the cheeses & avocado.Hunter, offered to remake them for us. -- We don't want another wrap. We wanted what we ordered or reimbursed.So... After he offered to remake them, he called back telling us we need to bring in the original ones. SMHNever again

Went into dine in. 6 teenage kids taking up 6 booths all new each other. One asleep none of them eating just on there phones. We were going to eat there but why spend my moy and have to sit uncomfortable.
