Tried The Silver Lining back in June with their Bacon Smash Burger. Yum-O! Ran across them again at an event in July and got a variety of their snack/bar foods. Can’t wait to see what they do next. Great quality ingredients and the best personality!
Delish smashburger!Large, double-meat burger with all the fixings on a brioche bun.Make sure to try the Pickle of the Day!The lightly pickled cauliflower I tried was soaked in a shitake mushroom dressing, very tasty!
This Cedar Park foodie now makes a weekly sojourn to Burnet to nosh at the Silver Lining food truck in Burnet (behind MOJO’s on Polk)! The Bacon Smash is by far my favorite burger with perfectly braised onions and cheddar. I also like the seared watermelon salad, arugula with crumbled blue cheese and glazed walnuts, and the Burn It rice bowl (try it topped off with a fried egg).Everything on that menu is delish!Can’t wait to find another excuse to return to Burnet to see...
