Get the coconut creme pie!!! It was SOOOOOOOO good! Service was great!! Get the fried mushrooms -- they were the highlight of the meal! We all liked our food -- the steak was probably the best out of the Cajun cooked pasta, Reuben, and Avocado chicken sandwich. I think we all liked our desserts more and we each got different desserts :) Very Clean and attentive staff! Thank You!

The food has good flavor. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Spud. The first time I had it, it was served with a Blanco cheese sauce (it was great). This time it was dry which was disappointing and the only solution that was offered was 2 slices of white cheese and they offered to microwave it which would cook the meat more-I opted not to microwave it. It was disappointing. However, the service was pretty good.

In a day when everything is fast and in a hurry, you go back to a day when things are done right and done well. Everything was amazing! Food is all home cooked. I had the chicken pot pie, with a salad. So very good. That crust was like the best thing ever. Dressing was also home made and delicious. Cherry pie yummy. Would for sure go back again and again.

I ordered biscuits and gravy. I was told it would be a 10-15 min wait time before I could pick it up. I left to get it and when I arrived it still wasn’t even ready. I waited another 15 min and I got back to work, open my food and I see this. What kind of depressing biscuits and gravy is this??? All I got was dehydrated biscuits and sausage. No gravy. I try and not give anyone grief for there mistakes but holy crap how do you forget gravy? I can’t even leave work to return it cause knowing them they gonna take 12 years to remake my food.

The Chicken pot pie was so delicious and the patty melt my son had was so good too. My husband's chicken fried chicken was on point.
The hostess was very kind. She had a big smile on her face upon us coming in. The waitress was where things started to go a little down hill. She seemed slightly annoyed. I will give her some leadway though because it was quite busy. Our appetizers took a while to come out. The cowboy queso was hands down delicious! I got the fried catfish. For $12.99 the portion size was sort of a miss. I say sort of be wise I got 5 small fried catfish nuggets. I asked for extra hush puppies and only got 2 total. We all had to wait for our French fries even after our food had come out. The taste of everything was great! Just wish those portion sizes were slightly larger. I will say skip the salsa. It tasted like ketchup mixed with a few extra spices. Beyond that no complaints! Gives off cute tavern vibes and it has a small store inside. Will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Went there for the first time last week after a dr appointment. Was very happy with the experience. Food was great, service was friendly and helpful, and was overall a great experience. The best mushroom burger I’ve had in a while at any restaurant, and the chocolate cream pie was the best I’ve ever had. I worked in the restaurant industry in every position except owner for over 50 years, so I don’t give compliments for just anything. I’m really looking forward to returning there soon. 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found this place out of a need not to stop at Taco Bell. Oh. My. Gosh. I am so glad I did. The mushroom burger (without the bun, with side salad on top of burger with Bleu cheese dressing) was perfection. The sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had. The chocolate cream pie... holy cow... the best I've had... not overly sweet, just on the edge of bittersweet. For all y'all trying to avoid canola and other seed oils, beef tallow is used for their frying. They make almost everything by hand! Just a bang out place... just YUM. I can't say enough. WOW. 👏👏👏🫶
