I’m so glad I was coming through Burnet on a day when they were open, been wanting to try this place a long time. And it did not disappoint! Everything we had was top quality, fresh and flavors on point. I really like their in house BBQ sauce too. I will also note I feel like what we got was 30-40% cheaper than same in Austin…a welcome strike against inflation! Can’t wait to come back.
We came from Spicewood to eat at the warehouse BBQ, it's the best BBQ eatery in the hill country area. We have been trying to find a good brisket plate, haven't been able to, until we ate at the warehouse. We routinely travel to all the towns in highland lakes area in search of good food especially BBQ. It was almost a problem to eat the sliced brisket cause it just falls apart, flavor? They have it, it's very difficult to find a BBQ joint that has brisket that...
Had the three meat plate I had very high hopes for this place. As far as the brisket goes was very tender just wish it had flavor i understand not everyone enjoys the smoke flavor the ribs were decent again needs flavor. The turkey I could do without next time I will just get sausage. The beans were very good and the potato salad did not taste homemade it would have been a lot better had it been. Overall it’s not the worst bbq I’ve ever had. If they would get more flavor...
