Had breakfast here this morning. Pretty disappointed. Sandwich sloppy and nasty. Onion rings were inedible. Lobby doesn't open until 7am.

Service is wonderful! Drive thru service was quick and our breakfast was hot and yummy. We went out to volunteer at Ker County, and filling our bellies before helping out with debris was a smart thing to do. Thank you to the Whataburger staff for being so kind when our hearts were breaking.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Refused to open to serve customers breakfast at 6am even though it claims to always be open. Pulled up at the window bc no one would take my order and then the employee in the drive thru wouldn’t open the window to talk only just stared at me and then walked off.
Worst service I've ever had at any Whataburger you have someone go through the drive thru who orders over $100 in food, then you never come on the intercom to take my order I pull up I'm sitting behind this van waiting to get to the window to make my little ass order of pancakes a cinnamon roll and coffee, and they have the nerve to ask me to pull up to wait for my food but never made the large order move up and wait to give us faster service. So for 3 pancakes a cinnamon roll and a coffee you make me wait close to an hour? That's bullshit and y'all need to get it together
