I ordered a pizza that they have listed on the Pizza Inn website. When I got home with the pizza, all of the toppings were incorrect. I called, and they said they didn’t know how to make that pizza, so they just guessed. The pizza was so gross that we just threw it away. They offered a new pizza, however I requested a refund instead because I live 20 minutes away. They said only a manager could refund the money and they wouldn’t be in until the next day. I called the next day, and she said she would leave in an envelope for me to pickup. When I went to pickup, there was only $7 and some change in the envelope, even though the pizza was much more expensive than that. There was no manager present again, so I just let it go because at that point it was more hassle than it was worth. I would never recommend this place.
