Tables covered in newspaper. Boxes and boxes of crawfish spread across the top. Family turning into full-on peeling, head-sucking savages without apology. Laughter, mess, spice under the fingernails. That smell that stays with you forever and instantly pulls you back.

I had a craving for crab legs and shrimp but didn’t want to go out. We were a little skeptical about ordering seafood from a food truck. Wow, I’m so glad we did! Froggy’s is set up in a cool little food truck park less than 10 minutes from my house. I called in my order as I was pulling out of my driveway and it was bagged up and ready to go when I arrived. Froggy's Food Trailer and Catering is located in a cool little food truck park. The service is absolutely wonderful, with staff who go above and beyond for customers, are always super efficient and kind, and allow preorders to skip the wait time. The seafood is excellent, with some of the BEST crawfish ever had. The crawfish are huge, seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of heat, and nothing is overcooked or tough. The seafood boils, including crab legs and shrimp, are packaged with the utmost care in a tray, not just thrown in a bag. The food arrives fresh, steaming hot, and ready to go. The burgers are also great. Excellent crawfish boils are available on Saturdays for a great price. Customers definitely plan on returning.
