We were in the middle of BFE Texas and got hungry & thirsty and looked for something to eat. Good rule of thumb is seeing a lot of cars parked outside so we stopped in for lunch. The margarita was *fantastic* and the food was on point. Staff was very nice & helpful. Great little Mexican food spot in small town USA.
I randomly went in the morning on a business trip with a buddy… I said a Mexican restaurant… how do you know what’s good?
He says you can never go wrong to go to a locally owned *Mom* and Popp Mexican restaurant… they usually what they’re doing… and here’s right… it was fantastic… with great portions

I don’t recommend this place. Starting with finding a bug a fly in our kids chicken nuggets was not what I was expecting to find. I was so grossed out. We didn’t get asked if we needed refills in any of our drinks. Kids nuggets looked like burnt hard rocks. Over all I was very disappointed in the food and service.
