The employees act like they have never taken an order before. They are always out of gizards and when they do have them, they over cook them to death. We always get 3 family orders of pepper puppies seems like all the stuff cooked out last few times...the last we got 3 individual ones instead of family orders...but you bet we were charged for family orders....
