Brown Bag Roasters is a gem of a coffee shop nestled right in the heart of Canadian, Texas. I lived in town for five years and Brown Bag is more than just a place to find an excellent cup of coffee, it’s an essential community space. The interior is cozy and features rotations of local art that are always great to look at. They have games and occasionally live music so you’re always set for entertainment. The baristas are talented and give friendly service. Every few months they have a new list of specials that are always delicious. From the classic staples to new specialty drinks, you really can’t go wrong with the menu. If you’re ever passing through town, you must stop in to Brown Bag Roasters. If you didn’t, you really didn’t experience Canadian.

Super cute little coffee shop. Love the book and gift options. I just got a plain almond milk latte but it was good. Loved seeing such a cozy spot in a small town. Also, if Vincent the cat is hanging around you're in for some cuteness overload!

My wife and I are frequent visiters and enjoy the variety of coffee flavors, always well prepared. The 2 things we would like to see would be a place for napkins and not to have to ask for them, then given paper towels. It would be great if you offered pastries on the side. This would double your customer base.
This is a very comfy feeling coffee shop. The barista was very kind. My shaken brown sugar cinnamon espresso w/ cool foam was delicious! 10/10
